Tenko let out a small grumble of annoyance, and he tried to clear his throat as he felt the disgusting thick liquid-like substance that once covered his body finally dissipate.

He let out an annoyed scoff before proceeding to brush away any of that black goo that might have remained on his clothes. Very unlikely, yes, but Tenko's just making sure. He has never liked that method of teleportation anyway.

But as Tenko took his time to tidy up his clothes, the other person in the room decided to take a break from inputting research data on his computer and finally acknowledge the arrival of his master's eldest son.

"Tomura-kun, glad you could spare a moment to visit." The old man greeted Tenko with feigned glee in his tone.

Tenko paused as he heard the repulsing doctor's greeting, and he began glaring daggers towards the old man as he looked down at him.

Tenko scoffed, "If I could have my way, I would prefer never having to see you again in my family's life. Unfortunately, you were actually useful to Dad so what can I do?"

The doctor snickered and smirked, "You can wait for another 50 years, Tomura-kun. Maybe then, you would have established enough of yourself to overturn any of Hisashi-kun's decisions, and you can finally get rid of me."

Tenko let out a small scoff at the doctor's 'compliment,' and he immediately anticipated the punchline.

"Ah, but maybe 50 years is being too generous? In three more centuries perhaps? I think that's more accurate." The doctor had chuckled to himself before spinning his chair to face his computer once again.

But Kyudai suddenly felt ghastly chills run up his spine as he heard the young man's chuckle right beside him and five fingers encompass his field of view.

Kyudai watched as the lenses on his goggles cracked and cracked to brittle little pieces before he felt the rest of the goggles loosen around his head and finally turn to dust.

Kyudai slowly turned his head to his side and up to see blood red eyes glowing an unmistakable murderous gleam amidst the young man's shadowed face as they reflected the dim lights coming from the monitor at the doctor's desk.

And through those dim lights, the doctor managed to see the corner of the young man's lips curl up to a smile as the young man proudly and confidently told the doctor, "Give me three years, hakase."

The doctor's vision had turned to pure black and darkness for what almost felt like an eternity as he could swear he had just felt himself turn to dust and see himself turn to dust at the same time as he looked at that smile.

It felt almost like the first time Kyudai had met the young man's father. The same deathly aura, the same murderous glare, the same dooming presence-- it was all the same.

...except for one thing...

Tomura's smile...

It wasn't the same smile that the young man's father would don. No, the grin that All for One has was mocking, it was a grin full of scorn. The doctor had already taught himself to get used to the wicked grin of that man, and he had already taught himself to no longer flinch or tremble in the presence of that smile.

But the grin... the smile in front of Kyudai at that moment wasn't a smile of All for One's, rather it was of that man's wife instead.

Tomura beamed a bright, warm, and sweet smile at the doctor, the same smile that he distinctly remembered his master's wife Inko had worn.

A kind comforting smile that could make anyone else smile too.

A smile that managed to soften the expression of even someone like Kyudai's master.

It was a smile that reminded Kyudai of everything he hated about that wretched woman. A smile that seemed to mock him even more than the scorning smile of her husband.

A smile that seemed to dare-- no, it was a smile that dared to haunt him even after all these years.

It was the smile of the woman who had dared to push back and delay all his master's plans!

Every reason Kyudai had to hate that woman rose up from the very back of his mind. All his frustration he felt when he realized what she had done to his master, all his resentment towards her existence. It all came rushing back after he buried them deep down of him as she herself was buried into the ground.

But just as quick as those thoughts rose, they were just as quickly buried deep back down by the feeling of absolute fear brought about by the young man in front of him, as the young man grabbed hold of his jugular and dug all five of his fingers so deep into his neck he could feel the young man's nails starting to break skin.

Tenko lowered his face just enough to have the doctor's eyes meet his. His smile no longer present in his expression.

Kyudai saw the unwavering conviction in the young man's mad red eyes almost making him piss himself, but once again, he managed to be reminded whose son Tomura really was.

"Remember who's really in charge here, hakase, and maybe you won't end up dead by the moment your timer has run out." Tenko advised the doctor before finally letting go of the old man's neck and flicking away the blood that dripped onto his hands.

Kyudai fell to the floor exactly as he had been let go. One of his grubby hands found its way to his neck as he listened to the young man's footsteps going farther and farther away from him until Tomura finally left the room.

The doctor wheezed and gasped as he sat on the floor. He then looked at the hand that had held his neck for a short time and indeed, on his palm, he saw blood and flakes of his skin that had fell off.

Even at that moment, he could still faintly feel the young man's Decay running through his veins, his muscles, his bones, his entire body.

But even so, Kyudai harbored not a single drop of hatred or ill intent towards the young man. In fact, he couldn't have been more gleeful.

Kyudai chuckled softly at first, but in the end, he couldn't help but cackle to himself.

He really shouldn't have doubted Tomura.

That boy really is his son. Kyudai thought as he laughed.

NOTES: Notice how Kyudai only refers to Tenko as Tomura, the disgusting grubby bastard.

Also, it took some time but here you have it, folks! A direct (sorta) confirmation from one of Hisashi's closes confidants that he really did fall in love with Inko!

So please stop it with the wife-icide accusations towards him! (ಥ A ಥ)
