Chapter 16.

Michelle's POV
"Michy wake up we have school today." I heard Rosemary say. I woke up and my head wasn't hurting anymore.
"I'm going to go get ready." she said. I nodded and she left. I got up and got ready as well. I went to shower and when I was done I put on my blue flannel with my black tights and my my black converse. I left my hair down and grabbed my bag and my phone. I went downstairs and saw Rosmeary waiting for me with Randy.
"Hey Randy. Let's go Rosemary." I said. Randy and Rosemary both got up and all three of us left. We got to school and I saw Ashton with Nathaly and Derek with this girl. All of them came up to me and Rosemary and Randy.
"Hey Michy." Ashton said. I ignored him and walked away from all of them. I went to my locker and grabbed my things for Science. I closed my locker and went to the bathroom to just wash my hands. I was about to go inside the bathroom when I felt someone grab my wrist. I turned around and saw Luke.
"Hey." he said smiling.
"Hey." I said. Luke hugged me and from the corner of my eye I saw Ashton get mad. Ashton should be happy for me. Right?
"Look I'm sorry for what happened yesterday. I just hate myself for hurting you. I should've-" Luke said but I cut him off.
"It's okay." I said. He smiled and kissed me. I smiled into to the kiss and pulled away.
"What class do you have right now?" Luke asked.
"Science." I said. Luke smiled.
"Me too." he said. Calum came up to us and hugged me.
"Hey mich." he said
"Hey cal." I said. I pulled away and saw Michael coming towards us.
"So now your hanging out with the slut?" Michael asked. I literally just wanted to cry. I'm not a slut.
"Michael please we had no reason to bully Michelle. Luke and I just realized that. I'm friends with Michelle and Luke is dating Michelle. You should give her a chance. She is actually a fun person and i don't know why Luke chose to bully her. Michelle is funny, awesome and pretty." Calum said.
"Yea. Michelle is the best thing that has ever happened to me I really should've never bullied her." Luke said. I smiled at the fact he said I'm the best thing that has ever happened to him.
"Yea whatever. I'm not hanging with some slut." Michael said walking away. Derek was walking towards me when I pulled Luke and Calum away.
"Michelle!" Derek yelled. I ignored him and walked away with Luke and Calum.
"Are you not talking to them?" Calum asked me.
"No. They won't give you guys a chance. I love Luke and you. You guys are pretty cool." I said. Luke gave me a kiss on the cheek and took my hand in his intertwining our finger.
"Well if I were them I wouldn't give them a chance either." Calum said.
"Let's just drop this please I don't want to talk about it. Let's get to class." I said.
"I have English right now." Calum said.
"Well we have Science together." Luke said.
"I have to go now. See you guys at lunch." Calum said leaving. Luke and I walked to Science class together and I just remembered Nathaly was in the same class as me.
"Luke do you have an empty seat next to you?" I asked
"Yea angel. Why?" He said.
"Nathaly is in the same class and she is dating Ashton and I don't want to talk to her either." I said. He nodded and we walked in class. I saw Nathaly sitting in her seat smiling at me and I ignored it and sat next to Luke. Mr. Todd soon came in class and he started talking about the lesson. During the class Luke would look at me and right now he is holding my hand. The bell soon rang and Luke had History and I had Music. Great I have Music with Ashton and Derek. I'm going to have so much fun. Note the sarcasm. Luke kissed me on the cheek and we both left our separate ways. I got to Music class and went to my seat good thing Ashton and Derek aren't here. Ashton and Derek soon came in and they both took a seat next to me. Great I'm in the middle. They are going to start bothering me. The teacher came in and started the class.
"Okay class we are going to do a project. It's without partners. You will be writing or singing or playing. This is due in 2 weeks." Ms. Annie said. I like Ms. Annie she is sweet, caring, and pretty. Ms.Annie and I both know I sing and she says I have a nice voice. To be honest I think I have a terrible voice. The class soon ended and thank gosh that none of the boys bothered me nor did they talk to me. I walked out of class and that's when I heard my name being yelled.
"Michelle!" I heard a voice say. I automatically knew it was Rosemary.
"Yea?" I said.
"Why aren't you talking to Ashton, Derek, or Nathaly?" She asked.
"I don't want to talk about it. Now if your with them please leave me alone. I don't want any problems. Tell them that they need to give Luke and Calum a chance." I said walking away. I was walking to the school yard when I was pulled into a closet. I turned around and saw Michael standing there.
"Leave me alone." I said.
"Why are such a bitch? Why are you taking Calum and Luke away from me? Your such a slut. You need a punishment." He said. I tried getting out of the closet but it was too late. Michael punched me and I fell on the floor. Michael kicked me and it wasn't that hard but it still hurt. Michael punched me more and kicked me less. After a few more punches, he left. I got up since he didn't kick me as much but it still hurt a little when I tried to get up. Once I got up I went to the bathroom to wash my face up. Nathaly came in the bathroom and saw the bruises on my face.
"Michelle what happened? See Ashton told you Luke would hurt you again." She said.
"Luke didn't do this and neither did Calum. Now leave me alone." I said leaving the bathroom and went to the Cafeteria and saw Luke and Calum waving at me. I went to where they were sitting and Luke gasped when he saw my face.
"Who did this?" Luke asked.
"Michael." I mumbled.
"Calum take care of Michelle. I'm going to take care of something." Luke said. Calum nodded and took my to the Nurse just so we can get an ice pack for my face. I really don't want Luke to get hurt. What if Michael does something to him? I really need Calum to go with Luke.
"Calum please go with Luke. I don't want him to get hurt." I said.
"Luke told me to take care of you. Luke is stronger than Michael don't worry." Calum said. I sighed and nodded. We got out of the Nurse and saw Ashton and Derek coming towards me. I guess Nathaly told them. It's none of her business I get it that she cares but I just don't like it how Ashton and Derek fight with Calum and Luke. I pull Calum and I tell him to go to the Cafeteria. Calum does as told and goes to the Cafeteria.
"Michelle!" Ashton yells. I turn around and face Derek and Ashton.
"Yes?" I say.
"Who did this to you?" Derek asked.
"It's none of your business. I get it that you care but it wasn't Luke or Calum. You guys should leave me alone. I really didn't want problems but you guys caused it. Give Luke and Calum a chance they will change and they are actually doing great on changing. They haven't called me names. They haven't beaten me up. It's just Michael is the one who did this. Just think about it. When your done thinking about it tell me and then we'll see what happens next. Okay? Okay. Now I have to go." I said leaving. I went back to where Calum, Luke, and I were sitting and I saw Calum and Luke sitting there. I sat down and Luke looks up at me.
"Where were you angel?" Luke asked me. It was in a nice calm voice.
"I was talking to Ashton and Derek. They wouldn't understand that they should give both of you a chance. I told them they should think about it and then I left them and came here." I said. For the rest of the lunch period we were talking about how our classes went.
"How was Music class?" Luke asked.
"Bad." I said.
"Why?" Calum asked.
"I have to do this stupid project and its a solo project in which I have to sing, write or play an instrument and I sing but I'm terrible." I said.
"I'm sure your great baby girl." Luke said. Calum nodded in agreement.
"If you see me sing you'll die." I said.
"No we won't. Sing for us after school." Calum said.
"Okay let's go before the bell rings." I said. We got out of out seats and left. Calum had Gym class and Luke and I had Art class. Calum gave me a hug and Luke did a handshake with Calum which was funny because Calum messed up 3 times. Luke and I went in class and took out seats. The bell rang and the teacher came in. But it wasn't Mr. Mendez. Looks like we have a substitute. The substitute was a girl and she told us we can do whatever we want. Luke and I were just talking about our favorite things. School soon finished and I was happy, I was bored in all the classes. Luke and I were waiting for Calum.
"Don't forget you have to sing to me and Calum." Luke said.
"I was hoping you would forget." I said.
"Please sing. Your probably great babe." He said kissing my cheek.
"Whose place?" I asked.
"My place?" He asked. I nodded and Calum finally came out.
"Let's go." Calum said. It was kinda cold and to know it was pretty hot in the morning and I only brought a light sweater. I was cold and I think Luke noticed because he took off his sweater.
"Here. You look cold." he said giving me his sweater.
"Are you sure?" I asked. He nodded putting the sweater on me. I loved the smell of his sweater. We got to Luke's place and Luke and Calum were on the couch staring at me.
"What?" I asked.
"Sing for us." Calum said.
"Fine. But if you guys die I told you I have a terrible voice." I said.
"We won't die." Calum said. I put on a song of Ed Sheeran and it was called "I'm a mess." I put it on and started singing.

I finished singing and Calum and Luke were shocked.
"You. Were. Awesome." Calum said.
"Great baby girl. Awesome. Beautiful voice." Luke said. I was happy that they liked my voice. Happy again for once in my life.
