Chapter 31.

Michelle's POV

Right now I'm getting ready to meet Luke's parents. I'm actually very nervous. I brushed my teeth. Curled my hair and I put on a short black dress it's only a little bit above my knees. Not that short either. I put on a little bit of makeup. I put on my black heels and grabbed my phone along with my purse. I walked down the stairs and just as I got to the bottom step the doorbell went off.

I opened the door and saw Luke standing there in a black button up shirt, black jeans, and black vans.

"Wow you look gorgeous." Luke told me.

"Thank you. You look handsome." I said. Luke smiled and I grabbed my phone and purse and went out with Luke. I didn't grab a sweater since it was nice and warm. Luke opened the door for me and I thanked him. Luke went to the drivers seat and he drove off to his house.

Once we got to his place I froze. I didn't want to move. I'm so nervous. Luke saw me and he grabbed my hand.

"It's okay. They will like you." he said.

I smiled and nodded. We got out of the car and Luke opened the door and closed the door. A woman came which I'm guessing is Luke's mom and she had a navy blue dress with black heels.

"Hello. I'm Luke mom." she said.

"Hi Mrs.Hemmings." I said.

"Oh please call me Liz." she said.

I nodded and smiled. A man who I'm guessing is Luke's father. Of course.

"Hello dear I'm Luke's dad. You can call me Andrew." He said.

"Hello." I said.

We went to the kitchen and I sat next to Luke and his mom next to his dad. Luke grabbed my hand under the table intertwining our fingers. Mrs. Hemmings, well Liz, gave us a plate that had spaghetti. I thanked her and then we started eating.

"Luke here is always talking about you." Mr. Hemmings said. Well Andrew. Luke blushed and I smiled.

"Luke is also talking about how smart you are. What do you want to study?" Liz asked.

"I want to study medicine." I said.

"That's nice." Liz said.

When we were all done with our food I started talking about myself.

"Well I live with my best friend. My parents and brother are in New Jersey. I love the subject Math. I also like to sing, paint or draw. I want to study medicine. I guess that's it." I said laughing a bit. They laughed as well. I like Liz and Andrew.

We started talking more and then it was around 8:30. I had to go so I hugged Liz and Andrew. Luke took me home. I gave him a kiss on the cheek.

"Your parents are very nice. I like them." I said.

"They like you as well. Oh wait. Do you want to go on a date with me tomorrow?" Luke said. I smiled and nodded. I kissed his cheek again and left the car. I waved goodbye and went inside. I went to my room and took off my dress putting on my pajama shorts and my blue ting top. I took off my makeup and brushed my teeth. I went to bed and fell into a nice sleep.

"Look she sleeps like an angel. But she is my angel." I heard Luke say. I knew it was Luke since he said I'm his angel. No one else would say that except him.

"Yea she does. Take pictures it last longer." A voice said. I recognize that voice as Ashton.

"Lets tickle her so she gets up. No wait lets get a bucket full of cold water." I heard Calum said.

"You do either of those things I will kill you." I said.

"Oh shit. SHES AWAKE! RUN!" Luke yelled. I got up and they ran out of my room. I locked my room and went to my bathroom and brushed my teeth. I put my hair in a high messy ponytail. I put on my black slippers. I opened my door and saw Rosemary standing there.

"Why are the boys in my room?" She asked. Derek came out of his room. Yes Derek still lives with me. He also explained to me why he isn't living with his parents. I felt bad for him. His parents were asking me where he was and I didn't tell them anything I just said I didn't know.

"What's going on?" He asked.

"Happens that Luke, Ashton, and Calum want to tickle me or throw a bucket full of cold water on me. I got up and they ran out going into Rosemary's room." I explained. Derek chuckled and hugged me.

"Hey you didn't hug me." Luke whined. I giggled and pulled away from Derek and hugged Luke.

"No kiss?" Luke asked. I giggled and gave him a kiss.

"Get a room!" Derek, Calum, Ashton, and Rosemary yelled. I pulled away and laughed. Soon we were all laughing in the middle of the hall. I stopped laughing when I heard my doorbell.

"I'll be back. I'm going to see who it is." I said. They all nodded but Luke came with me. I opened the door and it was Derek's mom.

"Luke go tell Derek to hide." I whispered. He nodded and left.

"Hello Maria." I said. Maria was her name.

"Hello Michelle. Derek still hasn't returned home. Do you know anything?" She asked.

"Well no. But he has a reason to not be home. You yelled that he was a mistake. Derek ran away since he was apparently a mistake and he doesn't want to be with you guys. Derek even explained everything to me. But he didn't tell me where he is. I'm sorry but I don't know anything." I said. Maria nodded and left. I closed the door and everyone came downstairs.

"Derek your mom is worried. One day something bad is going to happen. Maybe you should talk to her. Tell her that you want to be away. Don't tell her you were with me. Then I'll get in trouble. Talk to her." I said. Derek sighed but nodded.

"I'll talk to her later on. I just need to think." Derek said going to his room. I sighed.

"Okay well let's go do something." Ashton said.

--- 6 hours later---

It is now 3:30 and Luke told me to get ready for the date. We were going to the Amusement Park. I took a shower and when I was done I put on my black pants and a red flannel shirt. I put on my red high top converse and put my hair in a high ponytail. I once again brushed my teeth and put a little bit of makeup. I grabbed my bag and phone and went downstairs to get a water bottle. When I got my water bottle my phone buzzed. I looked at it and see I have a message from Luke. It said that he was outside.

I opened the door and saw him in the car. I grabbed my keys and locked my door. I didn't take a sweater since it was pretty warm outside. I got inside the passenger seat and Luke drove off. We soon got to the Amusement Park. Luke told me he needed to use the bathroom and told me to wait by the gift shop. I waited there and soon a body came towards me. I thought it was Luke but it wasn't. It was Michael. Michael?! Why is he coming towards me?
