This is one of the really big things that irks me. Poor grammar. Yes, it's okay to accidentally misspell something every once and a while but if it's every other word. Come on, really? I understand if English isn't your first language and you're learning. There are websites and apps that will correct grammatical errors for you
Please, please use them, it makes it easier to read for everyone

I would suggest getting a website or app that checks your grammar. But what really grinds my gears, is when they intentionally misspell words because the author is lazy. And if you don't understand what I mean, here's an example
Hello, nice 2 meet u, I luv u very much and I hope we can b best friends bcuz u r very cool. Cupcakes r very yummy and I luv them very much. Wyd tnight? I h8 u. Ur annoying and rude
It's one thing if the characters are texting but if this is how your grammar is all the time- no, it's really tacky and overall unappealing. Just write the words normally instead of all the short cuts. It's harder to read and it just doesn't look good
