"WHAT HAPPENED?" the voice of her friend reached her ears.
"Huh?" F/n blinked, "What do you mean?"
Her friend looked unimpressed. "You literally have darker dark circles under your eyes. What happened?"
"Oh... That..." The girl zoned out of the conversation as she thought about the events last night. Waking up to no trace of the fictional characters made her think that it was a large hallucination.
"F/n," her friend called, snapping her back to reality, "You've been staring off to space for exactly 2 minutes. Explain."
"Yeah, sorry," she muttered, rubbing her eyes as she tried to stay awake, "I couldn't sleep."
It was not a lie. It was, in fact, true that she couldn't sleep. The poor girl had been staying up all night, thinking of the possible events that might happen tonight. It was making her suffocate before even actually suffocating to death.
Her friend looked at her with narrowed eyes, not believing her words but let it go anyway.
"Come on," her friend said, "we have classes soon."
With a small sigh, F/n followed sluggishly with her friend who was trying to drag her into the classroom.
The day ended quickly and F/n was soon greeted by her mother, in the door as per usual.
"How's school?" her mother asked as the girl took her shoes off.
"Good. I have a lot of homework to do, though" she simply responded, already starting to walk up the stairs.
"Come down at 7!"
"Yeah!" she shouted back, shutting the door with a sigh.
The girl ran her hand through her h/c locks, leaning against the door and closing her eyes for a moment. After exactly one minute of silence, she approached her desk before placing her bag on the floor and her book on the desk.
Usually, she wouldn't be doing her homework but because of two reasons, having to have already procrastinating too much and that tonight will not be a night she will normally experience in her bed, she decided to finish it.
A wave of emotions washed over her and she started overthinking, pausing with her mathematical calculation.
What if what she saw was just a hallucination and that she was going insane? What if it were true and that her family is in trouble? What if she had to meet All For One and what if he killed her?
