New School, I Hate It

"Enkai, watch out!" Boruto yelled but I was too concerned in taking my katana out.

What was that purple thing that was surrounding it. It looked like something was controlling the shuriken.

Trying to deflect it, the shuriken had more force, crashing against my katana before lifelessly falling on the ground, the purple aura disappearing as well.

"Enkai! Are you okay!"

Seeing Boruto come over, I realised there was something wrong with him, one of his eyes were like a Byakugan and it looks like he doesn't know about it too.

"I saw a purple thing with it too, it looked so weird!" Boruto exclaimed and if it was someone else, they would have told him he was crazy.

"So you saw it too?"

Boruto then stopped and nodded curiously, observing the shuriken from a far distant before carefully picking it up.

"Let's go home now, I'm tired,"

"But we just got here and you haven't show me-!" Boruto complained but before he could finish his sentence, three shurikens were deeply set in the middle of the target...

"Okay, today we have a new student, please introduce yourself," The teacher, who was called Shino sensei, introduced, indicating me to come inside the classroom.

"Hello everyone, my name is Enkai Umino-Hakate and I hope we can be good classmates," I said sarcastically, looking around the room.

"You can sit beside..." Out of nowhere, Boruto's hand came straight up and waved it about, "You can sit beside Boruto, who is waving his hand,"

Letting out an annoyed sigh, I made my way to sit beside Boruto, who looked happy to see me.

"Today we will go outside to practice with the shurikens,"

Most of the class cheered to show off their skills, except one blonde boy, who almost killed me.

Seeing everyone was gone outside, it was only Boruto and me left until Shino sensei called me back.

"Do you need something Shino sensei?"

"I got a small information from Hinata about you, so are you related to Sasuke Uchiha?"

"Nope, Shino sensei, can I ask you a question?"

"Of course, you can ask me anything, I am your teacher after all,"

"Were you a student of Iruka Umino by any chance?"

"Ah yes! He was my teacher a long time ago, why do you ask?"

"Would you know where he could be?"

"You do know he is the Headmaster, he's out on some trip but he'll be back in a couple of days,"

I nodded, understanding the situation before going outside to see everyone was practicing, especially Boruto who still haven't hit the target.

"Seeing how Enkai is new, can someone demonstrate it for her?"

Mostly everyone wanted to do it but Shino sensei picked a girl called Sarada Uchiha, which gave me an indication that she was the medics daughter.

Giving me a glare, she then took out three shurikens and threw them with confidence, two landed close to the centre while the last one was stood right in the middle.

"Wow, she's such a show-off isn't she, just like her father," I muttered, taking my own shurikens and activated my Sharingan....
