Seeing Boruto was already getting on Asmodeus back, I slowly climbed on behind, quickly holding onto Boruto's back when Asmodeus started to walk faster until he jumped high onto the houses.

"Since when were you so clingy?" Boruto teased naturally, looking back at me.

Realising that I was holding his light jacket, I instantly let go of him, gripping onto Asmodeus fur instead.

Seeing how Asmodeus was taking us in a direction somewhere that I didn't know, I decided to hold on tight for the journey.

"Asmodeus? Where are we going?" I asked curiously, seeing the blackish shape-shifter walk through the front gates and gave a happy growl at the guards when they greeted at him.

"Somewhere outside, I haven't explored around this place in several years," Asmodeus stated honestly, walking slowly through the large forest.

The large forest. Why did it make me think? Do I have a memory of this place? Other than being here a few months ago.

"Someone had been here," Asmodeus words simply snapped me out of my thoughts, looking around my surroundings.

There were wooden logs being perfectly cut down and shaped up to create a fire, a rotting rabbit was close by it, a small dent was in the neck.

Asmodeus had no problem happily gobbling up the food before going back to investigating. Even with there was nothing to investigate.

"There's no point,"

"What do you mean?"

"I mean this was all me, before I came to the Leaf village, I just forgot to clean it up," I lied without hesitation, touching the slight hole that came from my katana.

The truth was that some ninja kidnapped me for no reason, I thought angrily, remembering the event like it happened yesterday.

"Oh, is that right, Asmodeus, there's no point searching- Asmodeus? Asmodeus!" Boruto yelled, not able to see the shape-shifter anymore.

"I'm over here and be quiet," A low voice came out from the right side of us, the distance sound of bushes being moved was giving a big sign where he was.

Both of us standing beside Asmodeus, it looked like he was staring at something or someone.

Actually two people. There were two humans, a male and a female, both in royal yet dirty clothes.

"Darling, do you feel that?"

"Feel what?"

"The power of an Umino's Amulet, do you think it might be Iruka-"

"Shh, I think someone is watching us,"

With Boruto recklessly stepping by a stick on the ground, our cover was blown just like that. Taking no time, I took out my katana and jumped to the stranger's level.

"How do you know my father's name?" I threatened clearly, pointing the blade straight at them.

"Look little girl, wait? Did you say Iruka was your father?"

"Yes, don't make me repeat myself,"

Two stumps were heard beside me, a small grunt coming from one of them but nevertheless Asmodeus and Boruto were standing beside me.

"Enkai, why did you go by yourself! We are supposed to be a team!" Boruto yelled worriedly.

"You should focus on healing those wounds instead of helping me, I have Asmodeus instead," I informed clearly, clenching the katana tightly.

"Kakashi Hatake of the Leaf, her personality was just his when he was young," The woman muttered loud enough for anyone to hear.

How do these two people know my parents, I thought confusingly, not sure if to attack or wait for more information.

"I am sorry, we forgot to introduce ourselves, he is Ikimasu Umino, the UmiKage of the Water and I am his wife, Anahita Umino," The woman, who called Anahita, explained gently, taking the last sip of an almost empty bottle....
