Upper Hand

Steven knew he had the upper hand now. The attackers had backed up when he had pulled it out. "Stay back!" Steven said waving the sword at them. Chalcedony advanced towards the boy, she didn't think he could hurt her. "Stay Back." Steven said backing up. "Or what?!" Chalcedony challenged. "Or I will Hurt you!" Steven said.
"And how would you hurt me? You can barely wield a sword." Chalcedony remarked. Steven scowled at these words and advanced. Caught by surprise, Chalcedony deflected the blow from hitting her gem. Steven tried to hit her gem again. Failing, he had a better idea, he called upon Lion. Lion appeared quickly, and roared "Blarrrroaaaarrr!!" (Translation:Steven!!!!!) Lion pounced on Chalcedony, knocking her off her feet. Steven then jumped on top of lion, who was plowing into BlackStone. They both ran from them, back to the Temple. Chalcedony got up, shaking the dirt out of hair. BlackStone was also pulling himself up, dusting off the dirt. "Ok, your plan failed, now it's my turn to try my plan." BlackStone said smiling, turning to Chalcedony. "Fine!" She huffed.

BARGING THROUGH TEMPLE

Steven, and Lion ran inside, out of breath. "Steven!" All of the gems exclaimed. "There...were...I..was..attacked!" Steven breathed heavily. "Their names were Chalcedony, and BlackStone!" Panted Steven. "Oh, my!" Pearl said covering her mouth. "Not them! Wait who???..." Amethyst said. "You don't know who they are?! There're only one of the most dangerous on Earth gems!!!" Lapis cried out. "When I was OHW I read about them on that very complicated computer..." Lapis trailed off. "Oh, my Steven! Are you ok?! You had .e so worried!!" Pearl said running over to him and hugging him. "Never,ever run off again!" She scolded. "Sorry! Pearl" Steven said. "I've learned my lesson." "Oh Steven and I'm sorry for babying you all the time, I just don't want you to get hurt." "Ahem can we quit this forgiving, cuz' we need to protect the temple." Bloodstone said. "Shes right." Garnett agreed summoning her gauntlets. "Yeeaaahhhhh!!! Killing bad guys!" Amethyst said at the top of her lungs summoning her whip. The rest of them summoned their weapons. Bloodstone and Jade decided not to fuse together again and jumped out onto the beach.

CHALCEDONY AND BLACKSTONES POV

"That brat and his friends must be waiting for them," Blackstone thought. "What are you thinking about?" Chalcedony asked looking at Blackstones back. "Nothing much, but I can't wait to rip Stevens throAt out, and that darn Bloodstone!" "How do you know your sisters there?" "Because we are twins, and twins can always sense when the're near." Blackstone said.
