I don't know why I came, I have a test and other stuff to do. But no, I'm running from cops right now.
We stop for a minute and look around, "Wait." I say, taking a pause. "Where the hell is Christian?"
Coco looks at me then Dallas. "Great question." She says trying to catch her breath.
"He's fine, we've done this plenty of times." Dallas says bending down to sit.
"Get the car." I tell him.
He looks at me, "It's too far away-" He says before I cut him off.
"I said get the fucking car." I say coldly, making him get up and grab the keys out of his back pocket.
"Yes ma'am." He says.
Coco and I wait a few minutes waiting for a Dallas to bring the car.
We both hear a honk letting us know Dallas is here. "Get in losers we're going.." He says taking a pause. "Where are we going?"
I get in the front seat. "Going to find Christian." I close the door, signaling Dallas to drive off.
It's been a few minutes since we started looking for him yet, no luck.
"Just take a left." I tell Dallas sternly.
"Yes ma'am" He turns.
I rest my head against the car window and just think.
"WAIT!" Coco yells, causing me to left my head up. "Is that Christian up ahead?" She says pointing to him.
I squint my eyes to get a better look. They have him raising his hands up in the air. I can't really see anything but his hair is so messy from running. He looks kind of good right now. Wait.
"Yeah." I pause for a moment, "It is."
CHRISTIAN IRWIN
"What the hell did you think you we're doin' kid?" One of the police officer says spitting in my face.
I don't give him and answer, I just clench my jaw.
"No answer? Good enough." The other police officer says grabbing his hand cuffs.
I roll my eyes and scoff. Looking around I see a car coming up the street.
Why does it looks like my car?
"Ow what the fuck?" I finally say to them.
One of the officer looks closely at my hat, "Should of known, North shore eh?" He asks me.
I roll my head back, looking back at the car it's now closer. "What the fuck.." I whisper to myself.
"What was that kid?" He asks me, chewing on his loud ass gum.
"Nothing" I tell him, still looking at the car.
Holy fuck, that's Kelani. Did she actually come back for me?
"Yeah great talk you guys." I say watching the car speed up.
"But I gotta dip." I say running towards the car.
They run after me. I run to the car and open the back seat door, jumping in all eyes on me.
"WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING?" I yell at Dallas, "FUCKING DRIVE!"
He doesn't hesitate, he just speeds off making the tires on my car screech.
"Holy shit, you look like-" Coco says looking me up and down.
"Shit?" I nod. "Yeah I know." I tell her, trying to catch my breath.
Well that was my workout for today.
I look at Kelani who's already looking at me, "You actually came back?" I ask her.
"Of course, I wouldn't just leave you here." She says, smiling at me causing me to smile as well.
"Well we should of." Dallas says passing a red light. "It was your idea."
"Shut the fuck up it was your idea as well." I tell him, rolling my eyes.
"Shouldn't of got lost." Dallas says with an attitude.
"Oh puh-lease you would miss me, you know that." I say, grabbing Coco's water and drinking it.
She scoffs which makes me laugh.
"Yeah I totally wasn't going to drink that." She says to me.
"Well I ran my fucking ass off today so I deserve this." I say pointing to the water bottle.
"Whatever." She says.
"Did you learn your lesson today? Not go on your rivals campus and paint on their mother-fucking walls?" Kelani says to me.
"Oh feisty? I like it." I smirk at her and she just looks away, rolling her brown eyes.
"Anyways, I'm glad we found you. I don't know what the team will do without you." Dallas tells me.
"I don't know what we'll do without you." Kelani says to me, making me smile a bit.
Damn I want her so bad.
