A/N: If you had to eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Grizzy: Sushi

Donatello is considered to be the introvert out of his brothers. During most of his day, when he isn't patrolling or training, he would spend hours in his lab, minding his own business. He also enjoyed a long break from his three brothers who could overwhelm him sometimes. There are times when he'll spend time alone in his lab, working on the family truck, or writing down equations for fun and in rare cases, sketching a little smiley face on his posted notes.

But tonight, he wanted to step away from the lair and get some fresh air. It'll do him some good.

He went to the family truck which is called the Tartaruga, and climbed inside with no one but himself. When he started the engine, he drove the truck out of the lair and took it around the city. Still to this day, it doesn't surprise him that he is the only brother out of the four who can drive. Leonardo is getting comfortable behind the wheel but isn't quite there yet.

As he came across different streets during his solo drive, he listened to a few songs from his personal playlist on the radio. Every once in a while, he'll listen to country, but he loved listening to the oldies. He'll blast the volume on the 70s, 80s, and 90's music. And if he's feeling like he needed to move closer to the present day, he'll listen to early 2000's beats and today's hits.

The second he came to Pier 90, he stopped the truck and leaned back in his seat. Donnie lowers the music, cracked the driver's side window, and breathed in the fresh air. From where he was in the truck, he could see the moonlight reflecting off of the water and it gave a very magical vibe.

Then, he pulled up his holograms to see if there was any kind of activity going on around the city. "Okay," He says, scanning the hotspots of Manhattan. "Nothing in Times Square, Madison Square Garden, the subways, underpasses... nothing." He says to himself, swiping the holograms away. How odd... there isn't a lot of activity going on this week. He guesses it's a good thing.

Donatello turned the volume back up on the radio again and heard a song he hasn't heard in quite a long time. Pretty Woman by Roy Orbison, made in 1964 was playing just for him. As he listened to the lyrics, Y/n suddenly came into his head.

Any lyrics that applied to Y/n made him smirk, smile, or even chuckle. He would think about her laugh, her smile, and her love for technology. He may have met her a couple of times, but he wanted to get to know her more.

The way they clicked like a seatbelt or fit like puzzle pieces really got him thinking hard about a potential future.

It isn't every day a socially awkward humanoid mutant turtle gets to meet a girl who somewhat had the same interests as him. Heck, he felt lucky because Vern is Y/n's father. Donnie has known about her for about a year and didn't get to meet her until just recently. The moment he heard her name slip off his mouth made him wonder if he could have another human friend beside Casey, April, and the Police chief.

He can hardly describe how he was feeling about her because she is so different. Just the way she came off as a person made things seem less stressful and more fun. And her voice, oh her voice... he might have heard her sing but never got to hear her belt it out like crazy. He dreams of hearing her sing aloud for him-- a personal concert.

Once the song ended, Donnie glances out the truck's window and stares at the moon in the darkened sky, surrounded by millions of stars. "If only I could share this moment with her." He said.

The wrong person will make you beg for attention, affection, love, and commitment. But the right person will give you all of those things without trouble because they love you.
