"Do it again"

"C'mon Lovi~ Its her first time making them" Feliciano wined

"Yeah, go easy on me" you added.

"No, and don't call me Lovi..."

You were baking with Feliciano and Lovino. You were making Italian cookies called tarralli. You couldn't shape them properly, so Lovino was getting upset.

"Its simple, just roll the dough evenly, is that hard?" Lovino grumbled.

"Yeah, can't we just get the machine?" You asked innocently.

"No, its not the same..."

"I'll do it for you if you want" Feliciano smiled.

"Thanks"

Lovino murmured something to himself and you and Feliciano laughed.

"What's so funny?"

"Nothing..." You both said in unison.

You looked down at your piece of dough. It was nice and even on one side, but flat on the other. You tried to fix the uneven side, but it ended up falling off all together. You were getting frustrated. Every time you did something wrong, you started over and swore to yourself. After a while Feliciano and Lovino watched you. They would try not to laugh when you realized your mistake.

"Stupid dough... Why can't I do this right..."

You slapped the counter and balled up the dough again.

"You need help" Lovino asked.

"Yeah..."

Lovino walked over to your right hand, and Feliciano went to your left. They grabbed your hand and started rolling out the dough. You blushed and watched your hands, pretending it was nothing.

"You have to be rough" Lovino told you.

"No! You need to be gentile" Feliciano argued.

"How do you figure? It will take twice as long"

"But it will come out better! Plus it won't fall apart"

They started using their own method to their own side. You were just standing there, letting them use your hands. You felt like a puppet.

"Guys?"

"See, in in the Sout-"

"But in the Nor-"

"Are you comparing me to your part of the county?"

"Kinda... yeah, I am"

"GUYS!" you yelled.

They both stopped. You pulled your hands away

"Sorry..." They mumbled

"Can't we just bake normally?"

They both looked at each other and nodded.

"Sorry..." They said together.

You sighed and sat down on the kitchen floor, hands on your forehead.

"Why can't I do it?" You asked yourself.

Feliciano sat down beside you and started playing with your hair.

"C'mon, you don't have to be good at it"

You sighed and looked up. Lovino sat on your other side.

"How about you make pizza while we work on these?"

You smiled and nodded. You turned to face them and hugged them together, one arm around Lovino and one around Feliciano.

Feliciano and Lovino got up and pulled you up. You quickly ran to the fridge and pulled out some ingredients to make dough. You mixed them all and let it rise. While you waited, you watched the two shape the cookies. Once it rose, you put on all the toppings and put it into the oven. Everything was in the oven, and you were waiting. You sat on the living room couch.

"How long?" Feliciano wined.

"Not for a while..." Lovino confirmed.

You sighed and leaned back.

"Guys, thank you for understanding I'm trash at cooking"

"Aww, -your name-, you're not terrible" Feliciano smiled.

"Yeah, its just rolling dough is not your thing" Lovino reasurred.

"I guess your right..." You smiled.

After a while, you herd the oven ding.

"ITS READY!" You yelled.

You got up and sprinted to the kitchen. Feliciano and Lovino followed. You quickly put on oven mitts and opened the oven. You pulled out the tray and set it on the counter you went to go touch a cookie when-

"Don't touch stupid" Lovino growled

"Yeah, you are going to burn yourself" Feliciano said, grabbing your hands.

"Sorry, I'm excited!"

Lovino pulled a plate out at started putting the cookies on. Then he put the pizza in a plate and cut it. He put the plates on the table. You all took a slice and counted to three. Then you all took a bite.

"This is great. See, its not so bad" Feliciano smiled.

"Yeah, don't put yourself down" Lovino added.

You were so happy. They made you feel confedent. You were proud of yourself. This had been one of the best cooking days you ever had.
