The plane ride wasn't too bad. I slept for a good majority and watched a movie for the remainder of my time, however I had some trouble focusing due to my excitement for the week. Once we had finally landed, I headed over to baggage claim to pick up my luggage. Thanks to Gabe, I had to check a bag because he insisted I needed options for the week and I suppose he's right. As I waited for my bag I felt my phone vibrate in my back pocket. I pull it out to see a text from Adam in the group chat. It was the address to the hotel we were staying at that he had sent about an hour ago. I just now was receiving the messages because I had my phone on airplane mode. Everybody else but Austin and I responded to the text, so apparently everyone was waiting for us at the hotel. I texted back saying that I had just landed and was waiting for my bag at baggage claim. Austin quickly responded that he was headed over to baggage claim himself.

I saw my bag come around on the belt and was about to pick it up, when a tattooed covered hand picked it up for me. "Here, let me help," he said as he lifted the bag up and set it beside me on the floor. "Thanks," I started to say before he brought me into a tight hug. "Hi" he said softly as he pulled back. "Hi" I responded back with a giggle. "I uh- got us a car. I wanted to have the option you know in case anyone wanted to go on an adventure" he said with an excited smile. "Well I'm always down for an adventure," I replied back innocently. "Oh, I'm sure you are" he responded, not so innocently. I shook my head and he grabbed my hand in his left and my bag in his right. "C'mon lets go!" He said running excitedly towards the white topless jeep.

He threw my bag in the back and opened the door for me. "Such a gentleman," I say as he helps me in. "Anything for you, my lady" he says with a very bad British accent and a bow. I genuinely laugh at his crazy antics. He always knows how to make me laugh and I don't think i'll ever get enough. We make our way over to the hotel blasting music on the stereo and singing along together. Everything was so easy with Austin. Conversation, laughs, just simply being together, it was great. I had a hard time taking my eyes off him. He was dressed in casual shorts with white slip on vans, a blue striped Prada t-shirt and his black arnette sunglasses. Just the sight of him almost had me drooling, so I had to look at the beautiful Hawaiian landscape instead, and honestly I'd rather be looking at him.

We pull in to the valet and the concierge takes our bags for us. He wraps an arm around my shoulders and we head inside. "There you two are!" Adam yells from the front desk and I run over to him jumping into his arms. I say my hellos to everyone and catch up as Adam and Christine talk to the front desk to get our rooms. Adam walks up to us and has a worried look on his face. "Okay so we got good news and bad news. Good news is we all got rooms. Bad news is were gonna have to share, 2 to a room, they fucked up the booking and now there isn't enough rooms for everyone" Adam says with his usual positive attitude. "I hope that's okay with everyone? I figure Adam and myself, duh" Christine says as we all giggled, "Smitty and Nick, Jay and Marine, and Austin and Sofia." She looked at me and gave me a wink as she said our names. I immediately rolled my eyes, not wanting to spend my alone time locked up in a room with the man I am desperately trying not to fall in love with. Don't get me wrong, I am not at all distraught over our room situation, however I'm trying really hard to stay on the just friends side of this. But, I didn't want to add anymore stress on Adam or Christine so I decided to shut my mouth and just let it happen.

We all grab our room keys and make our way over to get settled in. "Everyone meet at the pool in like an hour!" Adam says as he with Christine to their suite. "Looks like were roomies" Austin says as he nudges me. I look up at him and shake my head as I let out a chuckle. "Yeah I guess so-" I say as I open the door to our room. As I scan around the room I can immediately fill the blood in my veins begin to boil. "What the fuck" I say looking at the single king sized bed. "What's wrong? Oh-" Austin says as he rounds the corner. "That's okay. You can take the couch" he says playfully. I however, was not amused and immediately ran down to the front desk. "Hi! I'm with the DeGross party in room 304 and I was wondering if it were possible to be placed in a room that had an additional bed?" I said to the lady and she began looking at her computer. "Of course, let me check to see- uh oh. Looks like that's the last available room. We had an overbooking issue so it seems like that's the only option. I am terribly sorry. I put on my best fake smile and responded kindly, "Oh no worries, thank you for checking" I say as I turn on my heel and began walking back up to mine and Austins room. Well at least Adam and Christine weren't lying about the overbooking situation. God, how the hell am I supposed to share a room with this devilishly handsome man, let alone share a damn bed? I gave myself a mental pep talk. You can do this Sof. He's a player that gets whatever he wants and he will not get you. But he's so cute, and genially kind, and- Shut Up! He's just doing that to get in your pants! No he's not! I sighed out loud, even my thoughts can't get it together.
