Ch 7

"We are caged prisoners with bad excuses of our crime" CB said. "What did we do?" Oreo asked. "Nothing" CB replied. Oreo look at CB strangely for a second, and then got distracted as the father opened the house door. "This will be a fun adventure together" Oreo said. "Sure" CB replied. The father got the cage in the car and started driving to the vet. The cats lost balance at first then they got used to the sudden movements. Oreo started talking nonstop to CB and it hasn't been two minuets yet. CB tried his best to zone out, and it worked. It felt almost instant to arrive at the vet. When they got in, it was horrible for CB. He passed out before the first shot, Oreo was fine. CB woke up just in time to hear the vet say they won't need a shot until next year. This made CB happy. The cats were already put back in the cage and the father took them out to the car. When the father got to the car he put the cage on top of the trunk and started searching for his keys. When he found them, his phone went off and he said something about getting there immediately. He quickly got in the car and started the engine, leaving the cats on the trunk. "Hey your forgetting something" CB yelled. He took off and the cage stayed on for about five minuets miraculously. The cats were scared to death hoping they would make it. Then he took a really sharp turn and the cage flew right off.
