Spencer's POV:

Everything's dark.
I'm being moved.
By who? No idea.

After that earthquake, I haven't seen anything.
I don't know how long ago it's been. I'm just completely and utterly confused.

"She should wake up in a few days, Mr.Dallas."
I hear someone say. A doctor?

Wait, am I in a hospital?

"Thank you," I hear before a door closes.

Someone grabs my hand and starts crying.
Well at least I think they're crying.

"Baby girl, I'm so sorry. This is all my fault."

Dad.
I don't see why he's here. It's not like he cares. If he does, he's got a crappy way of showing it.

He continues to apologize for a while. Then a few other voices come in.

Two stick out though.

"Baby,I love you. I just want you to know that. I want you to wake up. I miss you so much. It's been two days since you've been in a coma. Just try, for me. It's Hayes by the way," he finishes.

Then I'm guessing he leaves because I hear the door close.

Then it opens and closes again.

Someone grabs my hand.

"Spencer Lynn, I don't know if you can hear me or not, but I've wanted to tell you this for a long time. But it's Shawn, and I'm going to tell you this now. The doctor says you should be able to hear me, and I hope you can, but here it goes. I love you so much. Not a friendly love, but a serious love. I've loved you for so long, I just never thought you would want me. It hurts to see you everyday with Hayes. My heavy heart just breaks. And I can't lift the weight. (A/N:see what I did there?) I just hope you find a chance to love me. I need you here. I really do. Even if we aren't together, I just need you here to smile that smile of yours-his voice cracks and he sniffs-I just love you."

Shawn finishes. What I don't get is that he says he needs me. Hayes only says he wants me.

Maybe I should be with Shawn and not Hayes..
