(We're gonna say her leg is mostly healed and she's in a walking boot.)

I wake up to see Shawn is still asleep.

I smile and walk downstairs to get something to eat. I smile at everyone, but dad isn't here.

Mahogany and the guys are leaving today. Except for the ones that live with us.

When I get in the kitchen, I sit at the table and eat an apple.

Then Tiffany walks in and glares at me. I smile at her just to piss her off.

About 10 minutes later dad walks down the stairs.

"Hey princess," he says.
And when I think he's talking to me, in attempt to make up for still being a dick yesterday.

But no, right when I start to say good morning , he walks up to Tiffany and hugs her as she says,"Good morning Cam."

And as if it couldn't get worse, he looks at me and says,"Didn't see you there Spencer. How are you feeling?"

Like shit, and you trading me for your slut isn't helping your case.

"I'm actually pretty sore, not that you care or anything," I choke back tears with a smile.

I turn and hobble my way up the stairs.

I hear him sigh and one of the guys mumble a quick "Asshole."

I agree.

As soon as I'm in the safety of my room, I let the tears fall, but soon regret it once I hear the toilet in my bathroom flush.

Shawn.

I quickly wipe my eyes and finish my last sniffles as he makes his way out of the bathroom.

"Hey Spencer," he smiles.

"Hey," I smile weakly as my voice cracks.
Darn you stupid voice.

"Hey,Spencer. You don't have to hide your feelings from me," he says softly.

I hug him and tell him what happened.

When I finish, he says,"I know I'm leaving today, but will you be my girlfriend? I'll come visit you every time I get the chance."

I nod happily as he leans in and lovingly kisses my lips.

We pull away and he says,"I love you, I always have."

I sit there and the worry on his face frightens me.

"I-I love you too. It took Hayes' mistake to open my eyes."

We stare into each others eyes before we decide to watch a movie.
