Oh My God ! What the hell just happened ?

*After 2 weeks*

Me and Hrihan have got really close and we have three hour long conversations every night. I discovered that half of our choices and opinions match. But I really get nervous when I talk face to face with him, so we are just Facebook friends for now.

It was evening and Ayush called me and told that he wouldn't be able to come down to talk, as he had some important work to do.

This was one of the rare times when I was truly jobless. My eyes searched my room to find something interesting and landed on the brown book, which was between my Halliday, Resnick, Walker book. I got up from the cozy bed and took the brown book,which was masked in dust, in my hands. I dusted the cover with my T-shirt and opened the book to see a familiar cursive writing - Do not enter. I chuckled at my younger idiotic self and turned the page to see incomplete journal entries.

After thinking for a while, I grabbed my favourite pen and started writing about the happenings in my life since the school had started. I wrote in detail about Hrihan and Ayush and also about the Vice Captain thing. I kept on writing till I reached today's date. Then I slammed the book shut and mentally made a note to continue writing every day.

I got up and started walking aimlessly around the house and reached my parents' room. I saw my laptop lying over there, so I went and sat next to my dad with laptop on my lap. I logged on to Facebook as usual and suddenly a message popped up. It was from Ayush, so I got up from there and changed my place so that my dad won't see me chatting with him.

We started talking about our usual random stuff when suddenly my eyes popped out from their socket when I saw what he had just sent me.

Ayush - Will you be my girlfriend? :*

Me - What? :O

My heart was beating loudly and I was sure that my dad could hear it.

Ayush - Chill! Rhea...April fool :P

The excited smile and the jittery feelings just vanished when he sent that. He was just messing with me like always. After all this wasn't the first time he had popped up this question.

Me - But it'sJuly Ayush... XD

Ayush - Umm...yah... But if I really say that I like you, what will your reply be?

Oh My God! Did you see that? Am I hallucinating or something?

Rhea - Do you really mean it?

I crossed my fingers and eagerly waited for his reply.

Ayush - Yes... I do... I have liked you since a long time.

Holy Molly! This is really happening, isn't it?

Rhea - Me too :)

Seriously a smile? I thought that I could do better than that.

Ayush - So will you be my girlfriend? Xx :*

This is the moment I had been waiting for since a long time. Getting proposed by your huge crush seems like a far-fetched dream.

But should I say yes? What if my parents find out? Will it affect my studies?

I started over thinking. Finally making up my mind, I replied...
