Chapter #9 Some visits

(3rd Pov)

After Y/n came back into the real world, he spent a few minutes trying to calm down. Then he carefully turned off the battery, successfully closing the portal. He'll play with it more, later. He checked his phone and saw it was nearing lunch, so he decided to get a snack. He grabbed a bag of chips and was heading to the couch, but got stopped when he heard a knock from the door. He got confused.

Y/n: 'I gave the girls a copy of the house key, maybe they forgot it?'

Bag in hand, he walked up to the door and opened it. He was very surprised by who was on the other side.

Y/n: Velvet?

Velvet: Hey... Uh...

Y/n: Does your sister know your here?

Velvet: Uh, no...

Y/n: Didn't take you for the daring type.

He looked at her attire. She was wearing an open purple jacket over a white shirt, that hugged her body well. She wore jeans and boots. He idly noticed the outline of someone shorter behind her.

Y/n: What's wrong?

He grabbed a chip from the bag and raised it to his opened mouth.

Velvet: I'm not alone.

She stepped aside revealing a girl younger then both of them. She had long black hair that reached her back and had dark gray eyes similar to Y/n's. She wore a black, baggy hoodie with 'bone' on it, and gray pants, with shoes. She was looking extremely nervous as she looked at Y/n. He rose a brow and looked at Velvet. He also ate the chip without struggle.

Y/n:... Who's she?

Velvet looked at him sadly, while the girl looked heart broken with tears in her eyes. This set alarms off in Y/n's head and he immediately felt the need to comfort her, which seriously confused him. He kneels down to meet the girls eyes.

Y/n: Hey, what's wrong?

Girl: U-Uh... I-I'm... um... Y-Your names is Y/n... right?

Y/n:... Yeah? What's your name?

He said gently with a smile. The girl seemed to relax a little, but then out of nowhere the girl jumped onto Y/n and clung to him like her life depended on it. She began to sob into his chest. Y/n was beyond shocked on what was happening, but instinctively hugged back. He looked at Velvet, hoping to get answer, but she remained silence. Y/n stood up with the girl in his arms and walked into the house, idly placing his chips on a nearby table, while motioning Velvet to do the same. She did and they walked over to the couch.

Y/n tried all he can to calm down the girl, like rubbing her head and back. Finally the girl slightly parted and looked at Y/n with puffy eyes.

Y/n: What's wrong?

Girl:... You don't remember me...

He looked at her and thought for a moment. She did look familiar, her eyes especially. Suddenly, something snapped in the back of his head.

Y/n:... Lily?

She gasped and looked at him, with eyes full of hope. His eyes widen at the realization. The girl in his arms...

It was his sister. She smiled at him, but she looked worried about his reaction.

Y/n: Lily!?!? What are you doing here!?

Lily: I-I came to visit you.

Y/n: But what about Shay and Rachel!? Do they know your here!?

Lily: N-No.
