Chapter 13

"Isn't that a Gringotts owl?" Rabastan looked at the owl coming towards them. Julia looked at the owl with excitement and worry at the same time. She is excited to hear about her pa, but also worried about his health. "Don't worry, he will be fine."

"Yeah, James is a strong one." Remus said just as the owl landed before Julia. She couldn't stop her hands from trembling. Rabastan took the letter when he saw her nervousness and immediately opened it. Remus glared at him lightly, but didn't say anything. It's not his letter to open, how can he read other's letters, Remus thought angrily. 

"What does it say?" Julia asked getting impatient as time passed. Rabastan didn't say anything as he continued to read the letter and finally looked up into her eyes after a minute.

"Well?" Remus snapped irritated. 

"He is in the bank." Rabastan said and Julia almost fainted in happiness. Rabastan held her elbow when she was about to fall down. "Are you fine?"

"Yeah. Yeah. Of course. My Pa is going to be with me soon." She said and hugged him in happiness and he chuckled but hugged her back feeling amber eyes glaring at him with anger, but he didn't care and smirked at him. 

"We should go to him. Come." Remus pulled her away from Rabastan. "Don't you want to see him?"

"Yeah." She said, but Rabastan held her hand stopping her from going out. "What?" She looked at him confused. 

"There might be order members outside. Don't you think?" Rabastan asked and Remus cursed. 

"I'll go and check and I guess it's Moody's turn now. If there is Moody out there, we can't leave at all. Also, he is too hard to distract." Remus said to her. 

"But, I want to go as soon as possible. I want to meet Pa." Julia said looking at Remus with pleading eyes. 

"Cub, I know you want to meet James, but Dumbledore can't know for some time. It's not safe." Remus said stroking her cheek. "James won't want you in harm's way. He is safe and fine. You can see him as soon as possible."

"You should go out, you don't want to make him suspicious and come inside." Rabastan said and as much as Remus want to deny it, he is right. He glared at him once more and hugged Julia kissing the top of her head before leaving. 

"I have an idea." Rabastan said as soon as the front door was closed. Julia looked at him with wide and eager eyes. "I'll go out through the back door and try to distract Moody. You go out through the front door at that moment towards Lupin and he can apparate you to the bank."

"Isn't it dangerous? He will hurt you-" "I can manage. I didn't want Lupin to say how reckless I am and other things so I let him go out before saying." Rabastan smiled at her. "Give me your cloak. I'll return it to you as soon as possible." 

"Be safe, ok?" Julia looked at him worried and he wanted to kiss her at the moment. She looked so cute and, woah woah, wait Rabastan where did you get such thoughts from? He stopped himself from thinking more and covered himself before going out through the back door and nodded at her. She immediately rushed to the front door. She heard a crash in the garden backside and some shouts.

"Moony, let's go." Julia went to Remus who came running to her worried about what's happening suddenly. 

"Wha-" "Let's go. We don't have time." Julia said and Remus nodded and they ran out of the wards before apparating them away to Diagon Alley. Julia stopped Remus when he was about to move. 

"What happened?" Remus asked her. 

"Can you- Can you remove the glamour that Rabastan placed on me?" She asked and he looked surprised, but nodded and waved his wand at her. Her scar was gone and all her features that made her look like Lily Potter's daughter were gone and instead she looked like James and her eyes were an exact replica of Severus. Remus gasped looking at her. "Am I ugly?"
