Chapter 17

Julia can't believe what's happening as she sat in Sna-her father's house. He was not rude to her from the moment he knew about her being his daughter. Is he really good or is something else the matter? But what will he get by acting good to her? Also, he was so loving towards her pa. She is not blind to not see the love in his eyes when he looked at her pa and was feeding him or kissing him. She blushed remembering her parents kissing. She was angry at him and didn't talk to him properly, but he didn't say a word about it and instead understood her.

He was under compulsions and she shouldn't blame him for what he did to her under their influence. Also, not only he looked at her pa with love. Her pa loved him back as much. He was right, her pa would blame himself if she fights with him all the time and doesn't understand his point.

"Cub?" Remus brought her out of her thoughts and she looked at him thoughtfully. "What are you thinking?"

"Rabastan is right, Moony." Julia said and Remus frowned not understanding what she was talking about. "Pa loves Snape."

"Yeah." Remus didn't like how Julia always sees good in that bastard. He is not good for her. He is just going to break her heart of she falls for his good charms. "What about it?"

"I think, I shouldn't let the past between me and him affect our future. He was under compulsions just like me. So, he shouldn't be blamed." She said and he smiled at her.

"I know you would make right decision." Remus said and she chuckled at him. "So you are ready to give him a chance?"

"Yes." She nodded a little unsure and he smiled even more.

"That's great. He would so happy and James too." Remus said to her.

"Do you think Rabastan is safe?" Julia asked worried about him and Remus sighed as she brought him into the topic again. "I mean, it was Moody after all."

"He would be fine." Remus said offhandedly. "He shouldn't have risked himself if he can't handle Moody."

"But he only did it for me." She said and he sighed.

"He will be fine, cub. Don't think too much about him." Remus said and she nodded still a bit worried about him. "Now, why don't we do some work? You want to take a few more OWLs right?"

"Yeah." She perked up at that. Remus nodded and they started planning on how to start her tutoring. Also, as they don't know if Rabastan is available or not to teach her, they are going to ask her father if he can teach her. Remus thought it can be good as they can get some time to bond with each other. According to Remus, Severus was as good as Sirius when it came to Arthimancy. Sirius was a pro in it. While Severus' pro subjects were Potions and DADA, he excelled in Arthimancy too.

"Ok, but what if he says no?" She asked a bit nervous.

"He won't say no to you, cub. He would love to get to know his daughter. I can give you my word." Remus said and she nodded unsurely.

"When can we meet pa again?" She asked pouting lightly.

"Tomorrow morning." Remus said and patted her head. "It's quite late. You should go to sleep."

"Ok. Good night moony." She smiled and hugged him before going to her room that she was given by Severus. He said she can take any room that she likes in the house and she chose one across the master bedroom as she wanted to be close to her pa when he comes here after getting out. She knows they will stay together no matter what.

"I miss you so much." She sighed to herself as she changed her clothes and laid on the bed.

"What are you talking!?" Dumbledore roared as soon as he heard her. "You are fucking useless." He spat at her making her jump and flinch in fear.
