In love with a dragon

School

I woke up hoping it was all a bad dream but no. I opened my eyes and saw my surroundings. I was in Max's room. But he wasn't there I couldn't see him in the room. Then the bathroom door opened and Max had wet hair. "Morning" he says to me. He had a towel wrapped around his waist and he opened the wardrobe to fetch out some clothes. He threw a pair of jeans and a t-shirt on the floor. "So how are you feeling about school today?"

"Oh umm I hadn't really thought about it I mean I only did just wake up" I say. He turns and looks at me confused. Then a massive smile appears on his face and he laughed. I loved listening to his laugh it made me feel warm inside. He grabs the clothes and walks into the bathroom. I hop out of the bed and grabbed my shoes. Max then came out of the bathroom and saw me shoving my shoes on.

"Don't you want a change in clothes?" He asks me.

"Yes that's what I'm going to get" I say.

"No need to go and get it I will have someone bring you clothes to the room"

"But it's at my house?" I ask.

"Nah just use the clothes you get for the job" he says. Then there was a knock on the door. Max answered it and there was a girl stood there with clothes. "I didn't even ask for clothes?" He says to the lady.

"Karen told us to bring it up for a girl named Charlotte so here..." she says shoving it in Max's hands. He looks confused but just shuts the door in her face.

"Here some clothes" he says throwing them at me. I grab them and go in the bathroom. Whilst I'm getting changed I could hear Max singing in the bedroom. He wasn't that bad but he wasn't that good either. It made me laugh and then I slipped on a puddle on the floor.

"OW!" I shout in pain. Max comes in the bathroom to find me laying on the floor. I was lucky that I was completely covered but it was a close call.

"Omg are you ok want me to help you up?" He said in a panick. I went to stand up but I fell back. Max picked me up and sat me on the toilet seat.

"Umm how am I meant to get changed now?" I ask. Max turns bright red and then walks out the room. He comes back in the bathroom with his cousin Melody and he then leaves. She helps me put my t-shirt on. "Thanks Melody" I say.

"No problem and I'm not surprised you slipped Max never cleans the floor after a shower" she laughs. I was surprised but then again he is a dragon. Melody helped me up and walked me out the bathroom to find Max sitting on the bed waiting. "She can't walk properly so your going to have to help her..."

"Ok" Max said walking over to me. He picked me up as I wrapped my arms around him. Melody opened the door as Max walked me out. She closed the door behind her and went back to her room.

Max took me to the car and sat me in the passengers seat. "I can do the seat belt myself" I say taking it out of his hand. He looks shocked but then closes the door and goes to the driver side. He puts on his seat belt but then looks at me. I look at him and he looks scared. "You ok?" I ask. He doesn't answer me he just turns the key and drives away.

At school Max carried me to every class. I couldn't walk. It was science and we were sat on the same table. "Max?"

"Yes?" He says looking at me.

"What if my mum has told student at this school or someone reports back to my mum that I'm still alive?" I ask.

"Then me and you will have to go to the protection unit at the company" he says. He looks down and starts acting really scared when a teacher knocks on the door of the class. The teacher opens it and let's the other teacher in. He heads straight over to me.
