CHAPTER EIGHT

Jake looks at his wrist watch. It's already 8 P.M. "Hoon, we should go home." His forehead crampled. "Why?" Hoon looks at him, "I'll be late in work." He answered, "Jake, it's fine. I'm here. I promise you can get your salary whenever you're late or absent." Heeseung giggled that made them chuckle. "Are you sure?" Jake's forehead crampled. "My father is the owner of the store, happy?" Heeseung smiled. Jake chuckled, "Oh, sorry, I forgot."

"But still, we need to go home. We have early class tomorrow." Jake added while looking at Hoon. "Oh yeah, let's go?" Hoon looks at him with rising eyebrows, he nods. "I'm sorry but we need to go home." Jake looks at Sunoo and Heeseung. "Oh sure." Sunoo smiled. While they're sending Hoon and Jake outside the house, Heeseung and Jake was talking, "So, see you tomorrow?" Heeseung looks at him, he giggled." Yeah, thank you for inviting us here, Heeseung." He smiled. "Call me Ethan." He smiled. "Sure, Ethan." Jake giggled and they both chuckled.

Hoon and Jake got home. Jake was brushing his teeth when Hoon stands beside him putting toothpaste on his toothbrush. "Jake," he looks at Jake. "Hmm?" Jake answered while brushing his teeth. "Do you like someone?" Hoon looks down that made Jake stop then spit out the bubbles from his mouth. "What?" Jake chuckled. "I said. Do you like someone?" Hoon looks at him. "Honestly, yes. I like someone." Jake winks at him then was his mouth. "Oh, I didn't know my friend is liking someone huh?" Hoon giggled. "Come on, he's just so stunning." Jake giggled then wipe his lips. "Really? May I know who's that lucky guy?" Hoon chuckled. "Secret." Jake giggled. "You guys will meet soon." Jake smiled. "Oh, exciting." Hoon chuckled that made Jake chuckle too.

"Good night." Jake smiled to him, "Good night." He smiled then Jake gets in to his room. Hoon was brushing his teeth when his conversation with Jake was replaying on his mind.

Honestly, yes. I like someone.

Those words keep repeating on his mind that made him overthink. He gets into his room and lay on his bed when a picture of Heeseung and Jake appears on his wall. He shook his head then sighed. "Does he really like Heeseung?" he pouted then sat on his bed. He shook his head, "Argh! Stop! That won't help you if you keep jelousing." He sighed then looks at his study table when he saw the photo of him and Jake on the beach. He smiled then grabs the photo on his table. "This was the most memorable moment for me with you." He smiled. "I hope we can do more." He sighed then puts the photo back on the table. He lay on his bed then close his eyes.

Sunoo was smiling and giggling while doing his skin care routine that made Heeseung confuse. "Yah! Why are you laughing?" Heeseung's forehead crampled while looking at the younger. "I have a crush." Sunoo looks at him then winks that made him laugh. "Are you serious? It's my first time hearing you saying that you have a crush." Heeseung turned his swievel chair on Sunoo. "Tsk, I told you once." Sunoo pouted then puts a cream on his face. "When?" Heeseung giggled. "When I was on Japan. Remember?" he looks at his brother who's facing him with crampled forehead, he rolled his eyes. "Hyung, I have a crush on Niki before." He sighed. "Oh yeah, I remember that. You even cried when you confessed to him and he says you guys are just friends." Heeseung chuckled. "Shut up! You don't know how painful that was." Sunoo pouted. "Painful? Wow!" Heeseung chuckled. "Having a crush is painful?" he looks at the younger. "Hyung," the younger sat on his bed.

"That was not a crush only. I fall in love." Sunoo pouted. Heeseung chuckled. "Oh, look who's sad right now." He giggled that made Sunoo glare at him. "But seriously," he cleared his throat. "Don't be too serious. That was just a puppy love, you guys were just high school student back then. You will find true love in the right time, don't count that Niki thing as a true love." Heeseung giggled. Sunoo sighed, "Well yeah. We were studpid back then." Heeseung chuckled. "So, may I know who's your crush?" Heeseung poke his side. "Well, you know him very well." Sunoo stood up then tied his hair in apple style. "Really? Who?" Heeseung looks at him. "Sunghoon hyung." Sunoo smiled. "What?!" Heeseung's eyes widen. "Are you for real?!" the older shouted. Sunoo nods, "Hyung, I don't lie, so yeah, Sunghoon hyung. He's my crush." Sunoo winks.

"Oh my gosh! Lee Seon Woo! There's a lot of guys out there but Sunghoon?! Really?!" Heeseung sighed. "Why? What's wrong?" Sunoo pouted. "He's not into guys." Heeseung answered with wide eyes. "Oh really?" Sunoo pouted then looks at his brother. "Not into guys but when he looks at Jake hyung hits different. Correction, stare not look." Sunoo smiled. "So, is that the definition of 'not into guys' for you Lee Hee Seung?" the younger crossed his arms. "Good night." Sunoo left the room leaving Heeseung with crampled forehead.

He turned his swievel chair back to his study table then rest his back at the chair, "He really likes Jake?" his forehead crampled. Heeseung was spectating Sunghoon these days, whenever he talk to Jake, Sunghoon's eyes are only looking at them and his eyes are saying something that made Heeseung confuse. Plus, Sunghoon was so distance to him these days. He was not that sure if Sunghoon really like Jake or it's just him overthinking. But, there's only one thing he is sure of. He likes Jake.

He sighed then close his eyes and opened it again. He opened his book then started studying.

Sunoo was walking the hall way when he bumped into someone, "Sunoo?" a familiar voice called him that made him look at the direction where the voice came from. It's Sunghoon. Sunghoon was smiling at him that made him smile back. "H-hyung, I'm sorry." He giggled. "Oh no, it's okay. What are you doing here?" Sunghoon looks at him. "Uhm, I'm looking for my room in my first class." He answered. "Let me see your schedule." Sunghoon smiled, he give a sheet of paper to Sunghoon where his schedule was printed. "The school was too big hyung. I can't find my room." He giggled that made Sunghoon chuckle. "It's okay. I'll send you there." He smiled and they walked straight to the hall and look for his room, "Here we are." Hoon smiled. "Oh, thank you hyung." Sunoo smiled. "You're always welcome." Hoon smiled, "By the way. Let's meet outside the Engineering's building in lunch time, I will tour you later okay?" Hoon pat his shoulder. "Thanks hyung." Sunoo smiled then gets into his room.

Sunghoon left the Engineering's building when he saw Heeseung walking towards him, "Yah!"' Heeseung shouted. "Wae?!" he shouted and they both laugh. "What are you doing in Engineering's building?" Heeseung put his arms around Sunghoon's shoulder. "I bumped into Sunoo earlier, he was looking for his room so, I sent him." Hoon looks at him. "What about you?" Heeseung cleared his throat. "Well, I just notice that you were so distance to me these days." Heeseung looks at him and they sat on the campus ground's bench. Hoon sighed, "Is that really the reason why?" Hoon looks at him that made him confuse. "Yeah, that's it. Do you have a problem? You're so distance." Heeseung answered with crampled forehead. Sunghoon shook his head. "I'm sorry. Etha, there's nothing, no problem."Hoon smiled. "O-kay. You said so." Heeseung smiled. "Let's go." Hoon stood up then left Heeseung on the bench.

Is that really the reason why?

Those words was running inside Ethan's head while Sunghoon was walking in distance. "What's with you?" his forehead crampled.

He notice that Sunghoon is very different and that made him more suspicious. "Is it really true that he likes Jake?" he rest his back on the bench. Looks like Sunghoon was really hiding something, he acts natural towards Jake and Sunoo, but with him, Sunghoon is different. He sighed then stood up and started walking straight to Business Management's building.

While Sunghoon was walking leaving Heeseung on the bench he wonder why did he said that.

Is that really the reason why?

He sighed, he knew he's going crazy on Jake but he need to act natural towards Heeseung 'cause he knew Heeseung likes Jake too. But, he just can't hide his jelousy towards Heeseung that made him out of control from his emotions. He shook his head, Heeseung was his close friend but with Jake he don't see Heeseung a friend but a rival. He knew his wrong but after the long time he's hiding his feelings from Jake this is the time where he can shine. The question that he said earlier was unexpected, even him didn't expect that he would say that. He was being distance on Heeseung 'cause he knew Heeseung wants to be closer with Jake and he knew Heeseung would use him to get closer to Jake. He shook his head and gets inside their room.
