Chapter 18

"Okay so you heard that because LAUREN was my girlfriend for a little while
She would just keep on asking and asking
If I would be her boyfriend so it was the day after the
Talk I had with you out in the woods
That she asked me again so I finally said yes wondering how bad could she be
When I saw you at school I was going to talk to you
But I saw you on the floor
And LAUREN having something in her and and
Laughing
I wondered what was going on and then I see she was making fun of you so I broke up with her and then you fainted " he says
"Oh ..um when can I get out of the hospital" I say
"Hold on ill ask " he says
And leaves
Maybe I should move on already it seems like TOBIAS has
Maybe I'll try
He comes back in and says
"If you are all ready we can leave " he says
I nod

Once we are out of the hospital
TOBIAS takes me back to my house
Then he leaves
Once he leaves I get into my car and drive to the park
I didn't feel like asking if he can just leave me there
Once I get out of the car
I take out my Oxogen tank and stroll it while I'm walking
I keep walking until I bump into someone

After I drop tris off i head to the park after a while I start
Walking to my car when someone bumps into me
"I'm so sorry I wasn't looking " the girls says
She is pretty but not like .....wait I can't say that she still is my sister
"It is fine " I say
"Um my names hazel "she says
"Four " I say shaking her hand
"Um well I was just about to go get something to eat do you want to come with me " I say
"Um yea sure that would be nice "
We head to McDonald's (😂).
We get our stuff and she tries to pay for it but I quickly take out my wallet and pay
"You didn't have to here" she says trying to hand me the money
"No I invited you my treat "I say
She smiles and we sit down and start eating and talking
"Um how old are you I ask
"I'm 16"she says
"What about you " she asks
" 16 about to be 17 in a couple of months " I say
She nods and we continue eating

"Um I'm so sorry I wasn't looking " I say
I look up and he smiles
"Hi " he says
"Hi " I say
"I'm tris "
"Augustus "he says
I smile and he continues staring at me
"Why are you staring at me " I say
"Because you beautiful " he says
I laugh
And there the day continues for me .....
