I am one of the doctors doing surgery on four .. So when they aren't looking I will do something ..to make him teribbly sick muah and then I do what I do
I hear four struggling and everyone gathers around him helping him they do all sorts of things
They get him to a other room where he could be in a coma ..mauhha
"He is In a coma with a 5% percent chance
Of living ..poor thing " I hear the doctor say
I smile great my plan is working perfectly
