Shit! I knew this guy is trouble!

And he is a goddamn high rank demon.

Unlike low rank demons, they have endless supplies of souls, that's why they're strong, and half-blood blood do not hunger them.

But they're strong. And some high rank demons are the exact definition of an evil.

"Oh come now, Morrigan. I just saved your life." Kaswal niyang aniya at nilagay ang magkabilang kamay sa bulsa. Sinundan ko naman ito ng tingin. "Matatakot ka pa ba sa kabaitan kong iyon?"

"Stop calling me Morrigan." I cannot help but to snapped. It's been years since someone called me that, at ayoko na ng pangalan na iyon.

He tilted his head to the side, curious. "Bakit ayaw mo sa pangalan mo, Morrigan the destroyer? You're a legend to the Underworld, aren't you? The most powerful next to the King. The soul-eater. The destroyer of one of the three great cities, Critos. The-"

"You do not need to list down my achievements!" Hindi ko na mapigilan na isigaw. Marahil ay dahil na rin sa takot na nararamdaman ko ngayon, sa pagod at sakit ng katawan ko kaya't nagagawa ko pang sumigaw sa high rank demon na ito. "No thanks." Mabilis kong sagot. Ayokong makasama sa kung ano man ang misyon ng high rank demon na ito. Marami na akong iniisip at pinoproblema para dumagdag pa siya. Making sure that he does not eat me for one!

Now that I think of that, because of the sudden revelation of Samael Camacho's real identity, there are some parts of me that is starting to doubt Tyl's real identity too. What if he is also a demon? What if all of the transferees are demons in disguise too?

Umiling-iling ako. Hindi ito ang tamang oras para isipan iyon.

The high rank demon only shrugged. "Well, suit yourself, Morrigan. And don't look at me like that. I do not have any plans to eat you." Tumalikod na siya at nagsimula maglakad papalayo, ngunit nang makalayo na siya ay muli siyang tumigil at humarap saakin habang nakangisi. "Not yet anyway."
