I am standing between Ate Sam and Ate Ly. I don't know what to do, sa totoo lang I feel like I'm intruding sa sitwasyon kung nasasaan sila ngayon. And me moving or leaving wouldn't do any good, so I decided to stay.
I saw Ate Ly move one step closer to Ate Sam, but Ate Sam moved one step back. They both did it a couple of times, forward and back, forward and back, before Ate Ly decided to give up. She just looked down, smiled and shakes her head. By what Ate Sam described way back sa bahay ni Kuya, this is what Ate Ly looks like kapag nahihirapan na siya. I can't imagine the pain that they both feel right now, Ate Sam with the way that she acknowledged her feelings, and for Ate Ly to be blind sided by what's really happening, together with the exhaustion, the confusion. Te Ly please, kayanin mo.
Ate Sam saw how defeated Ate Ly looks, and because of this she suddenly started sobbing. Both of her hands now covers her mouth, as if she's trying na mapigilan ang pag-iyak niya, while her eyes still glued to Ate Ly.
Alyssa, I'm sorry.
Just like that, Ate Sam left. A part of me still wants to follow her, but I know na it's not what she wanted.
C'mon Anji, everyone's waiting.
I am rooted in my place, I don't want to move. I'm still processing what happened, how this will affect the both of them, no, not just them, but all of us. They are both the glue that holds us together, not just sa bahay ni Kuya pero dito rin sa labas. Now, Ate Ly is walking towards the Arena, with less vigor, lifeless.

I nod my head and started to get back rin sa loob ng arena.

I spotted Ate Ly with her team mates, acting as if nothing happened. Then I saw the others huddled where we watched the game earlier. Even if most of the fans are still in high spirits, all of us housemates that stayed feels gloomy.
