☽ ⭂—⭈ ✯It took a stupid amount of time to reach the mountainous area, and my food supply had been going done quicker than I expected. Might have to start foraging. After setting down my bag, I took out my dragon plush that I affectionally called Tidal. I set it down near my legs and took out the small map. Half the drawing was missing.
"Shit what happened with the spell?! What erased it?" I cursed to myself.
Examine the drawing, the mountains drawn appeared to morph into different scenery, a forest near the mountain I was after. Guess the drawing changes when the targets move locations. I decided to rest for a while, leaving once the sun went down for a possible sneak attack if I made it on time.

In the distance, I heard a bunch of metal clanking and some voices. It seemed like the other two beat me here. Not to worry, I had a disguise that would help me not get recognized by them. I put on my dark hood along with a mask covering my face and jumped into battle.
Soren was the first to notice me. I got my sword out and struck him in the back with my leg. He stumbled to the ground and I pointed my sword at his face.
"Ow! The hell?! Who are you?" He yelled, studying my face.
I heard screams at looked toward the right of me. Claudia had been using a spell to pull some magical bird the group was riding on. I put my sword back in its sheath and ran into the direction of the voices.
Once I reached them, the bird was getting closer and closer to Claudia by the chains she was pulling. I jumped onto the shadowy chains as if they were physical ones and started to run up them. Once I neared the birds talons, I casted an ocean spell.
"oceanus fluctus." I said as waves spewed out from my fingertips. The water crashed into Claudia, blinding her for a bit. She recoiled, breaking the chain. The elf dangling from one of the birds talons hopped up on the birds back while I latched onto the tail.
The bird flew off, leaving Claudia in a puddle and Soren running towards her. I climbed onto the birds back to see the others, confused as ever.
The elf got out her swords, ready to fight me.
"Who are you?" She asked.
I pulled down my hood and mask and Callum seemed to recognize me.
"Y/n? How'd you get here!?" He exclaimed, happy to see a familiar face.
"You saved us!" Ezran said, happy to see me as well. Too bad I had to kill them soon. Damn.
"You know this person?" The elf said, with a slightly disgusted face.
"Yeah, we used to spar with each other!" He said. I smiled.
"You'd always lose though." I snorted. He looked away embarrassed.
"Huh."
"So anyways I came looking for you guys after I heard about the king's-" I started to explain before Callum shut me up, motioning his head towards Ezran. Guess he wasn't aware.
"After uh you guys went missing yeah... So uhm I came here to help you guys with your mission!" I said, showing off my fake smile and awkwardly putting my thumb up. The elf looked at me suspiciously but the princes were unaware of my lying.
