Day 2 pt 3: The great asshole Papyrus

Y/N POV:

I was walking through the forest with Flowey, and while it may not have looked as dead as it did in the beginning, I still wanted to see anything but a forest. "Hey Y/N?" "Yes Flowey?" "What are we gonna do if we meet Papyrus?" I froze after he asked that question. "I.... I don't know." Was all I could say. The way Flowey explained Papyrus's personality to me and the way Sans explained basically everything about Papyrus to me.... I genuinely didn't know what I would do if I met him. But I do know this, I won't act like a little bitch around him, granddads thought me better than that. (Plural for grandfather if ur still confused)

After what seemed like an eternity of walking, I came across another 'post', as Papyrus likes to call it. "Y/N stop!" Flowey whisper yelled which surprised me. "What's wrong Flowey?" I asked but all he did was stare at the post. "Someone's there, that person that's in that post, his name's doggo. He can only see people who move so when he comes out stop immediately, do you understand?" He sounded more demanding but I nodded. I took a deep breath and started walking, not even halfway across and he comes out. "Did something move?" I immediately freeze as if my life depended on it which technically, it does.

"Was it my imagination?" "I can only see moving things." "If something WAS moving, for example; a human, I'll make sure it NEVER moves again!" And with that a battle was engaged. The bar popped up again only this time it had something else written on it.

*Doggo can't seem to find anything

I've never really been to the act button before so I press that.

I press pet and doggo starts freaking out. *WHAT? I'VE BEEN PET? After that doggo started freaking out and all I had to do was spare him. "S-S-S-Something just pet me... Something that isn't m-m-moving... I'm gonna need some dog treats for this!!!" And he went back into his post. I look at it with a confused look before I start walking again. While walking I come across a path and another one of those sparkling things on my left. "Hey Flowey you haven't told me about those sparkling things yet." I replied.

"Oh yeah that, well basically only a soul of determination can see it, or just someone with enough determination. These things are called save points, it's like a video game, incase you die you'll just respawn here. It's also just like a video game is the battles, they give you choices whether you want to to fight or spare it's your choice. Though there will also be consequences as always, so be careful if you choose fight. Now you have the power to reset this timeline and start over." He explained and I just stood there shook. I have the power to restart a timeline? While it is cool, that's one hell of a burden.

"But please I'm begging you, don't do it. Erasing everyone's memories is like torturing them without them knowing it." He asked and I nodded. [Why would I erase everyone's mind just for my entertainment?] I thought. "Anyways LOVE and EXP stand for Level Of ViolencE and EXecution Points. It's basically based off how much you've killed." He said looking down. "Hey don't worry, killing ain't really my thing." I reply shaking my hands defensively. "So all I need to do is touch it?" "Yes and than an option will come on whether you want to save or and well you know the rest." He replied.

The sound of soft wind fills you with determination.

Of course any sane person would press save so I pressed save.

"Hey I'm done." "Oh ok good, let's keep going than." I nodded and kept walking. After 10 minutes of comfortable silence I heard distant arguing. "What the-" "Bro don't act so COLD it's not like I'm gonna forget about the king's meeting." Oh no not him. "Sans if you make another pun I swear to Asgore I will break your spine." Oh no not HIM. At this point I was panicking, both Sans and his brother are there and I don't even have a plan. Sneaking through the forest isn't an option seeing as that makes too much noise, so I have no choice but to just walk up to them... Oh no... "Y/N-"

"Whatever, as I was saying about Undyne-" Papyrus stopped the instant he saw me. My god is he tall, he looks like I don't know 2.32 M?! I just froze. "Sans... Is that.... A human...?" "Y-Yeah I think it is..." He said shocked but not the type of 'HOLYSHITYES' he has the 'WTFNO' shock. "HUMAN! YOU SHALL NOT PASS THIS AREA! FOR I, THE GREAT AND TERRIBLE PAPYRUS, WILL STOP YOU! I WILL CAPTURE YOUR SOUL, BRING IT TO THE KING AND THE UNDERGROUND SHALL FINALLY BE FREE!" I gulped at the sound of having my soul taken and used to free monsters. Don't get me wrong I'm planning on freeing them, just not in that way.

"BUT! I WON'T CAPTURE YOU JUST LIKE THAT, NO! I WILL PUT YOU THROUGH MY PUZZLES OF COURSE! PROVE TO ME YOU ARE STRONG ENOUGH TO SURVIVE, THAN WE SHALL SEE IF YOU'RE WORTHY ENOUGH TO FIGHT THE GREAT AND TERRIBLE PAPYRUS!!!" This guy is terrifying! But as I said, I won't be a bitch and bow down this asshole, NO! I WILL STAND MY FUCKING GROUND IF ITS THE LAST FUCKING THING I DO!! I stood my ground and did not look phased even if it was differently in my mind.

"You are interesting human, most humans I've killed tremble in fear at the sight of me..." He sounded... Embarrassed... So that's how it is, he likes to see the weaker ones on their knees before him huh? Well fat reality check the great asshole Papyrus, this bitch ain't bowing down to nobody. Sans though for whatever reason looked amused. "WELL IT ISN'T LIKE YOU WILL SURVIVE ANY OF MY DASTARDLY PUZZLES NOW IS IT! NYAHAHAHA!!!" And with that he speed walked away. Sans on the other hand teleported beside me making both me and Flowey flinch.

"Well there he is princess, my brother. Don't worry I'll keep an eye socket out for ya." He said and winked. I wonder how he blinks- "Also princess don't worry, if he does hurt you... I'll make sure to heal ya.~" He said while bending over to my height, I felt his breath against my neck. The way he said it though.... I'm not sure if I even wanna have this guy looking out for me. "Well princess you better go, don't wanna keep my brother waiting now?" He said as if none of that ever happened and teleported away.... Wait how does a skeleton breathe? "Y/N are you okay?" Flowey asked in worry. I just nodded. "I'm sorry Y/N he's just a pervert, just tell me if he tries anything ok?" He asked and I nodded in reassurance. After that I went on my over to the asshole Papyrus.

Shit man can't this day already end?
