Mila stood in Denny's room with Madison and George as she heard the beeping sound of the heart monitor and looked to Izzie,
"have you lost the plot" mila asked as she looked the cut LVAD wire
"Izzie. His heart's barely beating. We need to call a code" George said as Madison walked over
"I can't feel a pulse. Izzie, we need to call a code!" Madison said as Izzie pushed madison away as she stumbled into the crash cart
"are you okay" mila asked as Madison nodded
"No! I have a plan" Izzie said
"He's crashing! I need to call the..." George said
"No! If we call a code, they will rush him to surgery and replace his LVAD and then he will stabilize. He needs to get worse if he's gonna get this heart" Izzie said as Mila looked to her
"have you completely lost the plot" mila asked
"Izzie, this is crazy" George said
"He has to get this heart. He will die waiting for another chance. You know he will" Izzie said
"We have to call a code" George said as he went to push the bottom ,No! You press that code button, I will hurt you. Not a lot, cause we're friends, but enough so that things will break and you will lie on the floor out of my way" Izzie said as mila and Madison shared a look
"Izzie..." mila started to say
"You have a decision to make. You can stay here and help me with this or you can go. What's it gonna be?" Izzie asked as the three of them looked to each other not knowing what to say

"Madisons paged said it was an emergency" Meredith said
"You paged Meredith" Izzie said as Madison looked to her and rolled her eyes

"We need help!" George said
"What the hell is going on?" Meredith asked as Cristina enters the room

"Exactly what I said" meredith said as mila looked to them and rolled her eyes She cut his LVAD wires!" Mila said
"What do you mean you cut his LVAD wires?" Meredith asked
"Are you trying to kill him?" Cristina asked

"I'm trying to save him. All I have to do is confirm that his condition is worse, then Burke can call UNOS and he'll move up on the list and he will get his heart" Izzie said as mila groaned
"I should of gone back to New York with mark this wouldn't of been happening" mila said
