Mila and madi are in the supply closet. Mila had managed to pull madi back
"Derek could still be alive." Madi said
"We could get shot." Mila said as she blocks the door. She knew how worried she was over her brother
" I'm going, mila. I am going... " madi said
"No, no, no, no, you are not." Mila said
"Please." Madi said
" You'll get killed, and I'm not gonna let that happen. You want to go, you gotta go through me." Mila said as madi looked to her, madi then throws mila into a shelf and runs out to Derek.
Mila groaned in pain as she hit the shelf.

Madi is sitting by Derek's bedside
"Hold on, okay? Hold on. I love you. Please don't die." Madi said
"Get outta here, madi, before he shoots you, too." He said
"Do not die! Do you understand? I can't live without you." Madi said as A cautious mila comes over.
" I called the police." Mila said
"You die, I die. Okay, good. They're coming. The police are coming." Madi said
"Belle, they're-they're not- they're not gonna get here. They're not coming for us, not-not in time. Oh, God, belle" mila said
"I pick you. I choose you. What are we what are we gonna do? You don't get to die on me." Madi said
"Derek needs surgery, so I- " mila said
"No, you stay awake!" Madi said to Derek
"What do we do?" Mila asked
"You stay awake! Stay awake. Derek!" Madi said as mila runs off.
"Derek, stay awake. Stay awake. Okay. Okay. For me i need you" madi said
Mila runs to get a wheelchair and sees a frightened April sitting against a wall.
"April, come on. We're taking Derek down to the O.R. Teddy, sh-she's in the O.R. She can save him. Come on." Mila said
