Mark and Derek stood as they attended the meeting for the standings
"Thank you. I know it hasn't exactly been easy around here the past few weeks. And I know you want answers. But I'm afraid I don't have them, not just yet ... " Richard said
" He brought us down here to make himself feel good." Derek said to Mark
"Well, at least he sprung for good danish. " mark said
"You know how many nurses got fired for that danish?" Derek asked
"The mercy west staff will be arriving in three days, And when they do, There will be more cutbacks and more layoffs. And I need each and every one of you To step up and be leaders. And when I can answer your questions, I will. " richard said as all doctors talking at once
" if you would like to make an appointment To talk about your concerns..." Richard said
" While everyone starts asking questions, Derek takes a danish.
"You were right. Excellent danish" Derek said as mark looked to him
"Your sister says your were twisted I see it now" mark said

Madi and mila were walking through the ER as they met up
"Anything? " madi asked as mila looked to her and shock her head
"Nope. " mila said
"There was a papillary muscle rupture in the C.C.U. , But the guy died before they uld get him into the O.R. " mila said
"Crap. I need surgeries, and I need them now. I mean, I barely had a hundred hours in the O.R. This month. And you know they're gonna keep the residents with the most hours. " mila said she pulls aside a curtain, finding Steve tending to a diabetic ulcer.
"What do you got? " mila asked
"Um, diabetic ulcer. " Steve said
"Down to the bone? " mila asked as Steve shakes his head no.
"I'm done. Finished. Expired meat. "
"You're freaking out a little bit. " madi said
"Mark said that. You got anything good? "
"I'm scrubbing in on an optic glioma Later on with Derek. I've never seen one. " madi said
Moving on the next curtain, mila finds Izzie bandaging up a patient.
"What are you doing? " izzie asked
"Just making sure everything is running smoothly here. And ... It is. Kudos." Mika said as she walks off and Izzie follows her.
"Oh, no, no, no. Unh-unh. No. I am on hunt's service. Anything that turns surgical down here is mine. "
"You don't need the hours. You just spent the last six months in the O.R. " mila said
" Unconscious on a table does not count. " izzie said as Lexie comes into the ER with Thatcher, who's not looking good.
"Madi. Meredith. Hey, his neighbor said that he wasn't getting his mail." Lexie said.
