𝟭𝟱. "𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂?" (𝗦𝗶𝘅 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀)

Mila walked into the kitchen with Madison. Mila looked to her and frowned "why do you look as if you have spent half the night with your head banging off the headboard" mila asked as Madison rolled her eyes

"No that would be you and mark" Madison said as mika rolled her eyes

"I haven't slept with mark in so long. Not that he's not trying to win me around" Mila said as she looked to her phone. She rolled her eyes as she saw texts off of mark and sighed

Mila knew it wasn't easy but she knew how she was wanting to give mark a chance. She knew how he had been there for her and how he was trying to prove to her that he was worth taking a chance with

"Izzie? " George said as he stood at the fridge

"What?"

"I just dropped $8.7 million dollars on the floor."

"And?"

"I shouldn't be able to drop $8.7 million dollars on the floor! You need to deposit that check!" George said as mila looked

"He's right that check is freaking me out" mila said

"George...your father's surgery is tomorrow. Any chance you're misplacing your anxiety on me and my check?" Izzie asked

"No, there is chance. That check ruins my morning every morning. It belongs in the bank. Would you just please...as a favor to me...just put it in the bank? Please?" George said

"Hmm. No. But if you're nice to me for the next 7 minutes I will give you a ride to work."

"You don't deserve $8.7 million dollars."

"Oh, so true. So true."

Mila looked to George and smiled. She knew how George was struggling with his dads operation coming up and she knew all that had happened with burke and Cristina and how he was worried

Mila felt bad. She knew that it was like to loose a dad and she didn't want George to go through that. She had gone through that and she had only been little when she lost her dad and Mila knew how it was something she didn't talk over

"Are you okay" Madison asked Mila who nodded

Mila got to work and walked through the hallways with the other interns as they followed bailey

"So, how's Burke doing?" Meredith asked

"I don't know." Cristina said as mila rolled her eyes

"She doesn't know." George said

"He just had surgery yesterday and you don't know how he's doing? " Alex asked

"They're not speaking." Meredith said

"I thought they made up." Izzie asked as mila shrugged

"They did, sort of." Meredith said

"But she's still not speaking to him?" Izzie asked

"He's not speaking to me." Cristina said
