*After Finding Out About The Rest Of My Family*
I found out that I was related to Blake, Laura, and Brieanna! Wow. I grew up as an only child finding out I had 3 siblings all along!
Blake had his own place to live but decided to stay the night with his family when my new found siblings 'parents' invited me to stay and get to know my siblings better.
I had to go home and grab some clothes. I returned later on, around 6.
"Hey Kate! So you've met my.. Well our sisters." Blake said. "I would've told you before but I was adopted.. I had no idea that these freaks were actually blood related to me!"
Brieanna defended Laura and herself. "Uh. Excuse me? Laura and I happen to be the only normal people in this house!"
Laura bursted out laughing. "Ha! Yeah, yesterday you put peanut butter in your popcorn.. How normal is that?" Laura said, sarcastically.
Wow. I had a crazy family.
"So Blake?" I paused, waiting for him to look at me. After a long silence he finally did. "You ignored the fact that I looked exactly like Laura?" I said, putting emphasis on 'exactly'.
"Hey!" he snapped. "I wasn't thinking. I just had found out I had another sister." he said. He wasn't snapping back angrily or anything, just defending himself.
Then Blake, Laura, and Brieanna's parents walked through the door.
"Oh, hello! Who might you be?" the male spoke up, realizing Kate was in their presence.
"Phil!" the female playfully hit his chest. "I told you that they found out about their other sibling!"
"Oh yeah! Hello, nice to meet you. My name is Phillip and your name is..?" he stretched his arm out, requesting a hand shake.
I accepted. "Hello Phillip. My name is Kate." I turned to the woman. "And you are?"
"Oh. I apologize. My name is Suzy! Nice to meet you, Kate." she paused. "Um. If you'll excuse Phillip and I, we will be out for the night. We're going on a cruise." she directed her attention to Blake. "Blake, dear! Can you babysit the girls?"
He stood up. "No ma! I have work to do. I'll only be staying for the night."
Suzy sighed. "I guess we can't go on a cruise."
"Just hire a babysitter, for crying out loud!" Phillip yelled from the kitchen.
"Phil! I don't trust anybody I haven't met!" she shouted back.
I had to take this as an offer to get to know the girls. "Excuse me, Suzy?" Suzy looked at me. "You've met me. I would be more than happy to watch over Laura and Brieanna while you're on your cruise!"
Suzy clapped her hands together, satisfied. "Oh goody! Thank you, dearie! I'll pay you $300 when we get back in a month!" she told me as she pulled Phillip outside and into the car.
A month? Wow. Didn't think it was that long, but oh well!

It was 3 in the morning, on a Saturday. We were all still up, catching up from all the years we spent away from each other.
"So um. Would we be able to meet Harry and the rest of the boys?" Laura asked after everyone was comfortable with each other.
This question struck me. Hard.
"I. Uh." I paused and looked in my lap. I noticed my phone flash. I had a missed call but my phone had 5% battery. After a long silence, I looked up again finding the 3 siblings staring at me. "Um. Where is a wall outlet I can plug my phone charger in?"
