"SHH"

"Why are you wanting me to shush?"

"We don't want to get caught, do we?!"

"I thought your parents were out"

...

"Just hurry up"

You pull Cassidy through the kitchen window, where she perches on the kitchen counter. You had prepared two bags full of equipment before hand, first aid, mechanicals and a torch.

"This is all we are taking?", "It's not much."

Cassidy questions, rummaging through the drawstring bag. She looks up and gives you the evil stare.

"What have I done now?" you fret, raising both of your hands in defence.

"We need something to protect ourselves" Cassidy says, rubbing the crook of her nose with her index fingers.

'Protection...' you wonder

'knives!'

"We can use some kitchen knives, I got sharp meat knives, in that drawer, below you" You call, pointing to the drawer underneath Cassidy. Cassidy nods and slides off the counter top. Opening the drawer, she brings out two knives with the sharpest blades.

"Will these do?"

"Perfect" you say.

When both of you put your stuff together, and bagged your equipment. You set off for the Pizza Plex, about 2 miles from where you lived. "What do you think we will see?"

"I don't know, a very empty childhood memory"

"There is one thing which concerns me, are the animatronics still powered and live?"

"They shouldn't be, they said on the news that they were stored away, they shouldn't even be there"

"Hm"

You and Cassidy continued walking, it was heavily raining, the sounds of the rain splashing on the concrete pavement below you, the black sky flashing white, not such a perfect way to set the mood.

"Hey, look, there's a barricade, we can't get in" You point out.

Indeed, big mesh barricades were placed outside the car park, each barricade secured with a lock.

"Looks like there's locks keeping each one connected to the other, I can pick them"

You look up at Cassidy, proud. You never expected her to be so serious about the mission, especially being confident.

Cassidy walks off to one of the locks and picks out a Bobby pin from her hair. You watch from behind as she pushes in the body pin and fiddles, turning it around. The clicking sound lasts awhile until you hear a different kind of click, a louder click, the chain falls to the ground.

"Well, that was fairly difficult to say the least"

You chuckle and hug Cassidy from behind, you feel her tense up for a second and then relax. "Thanks for the hug, but we really should get a move on"

You reluctantly let go and grab her hand. You jolt to the Pizza Plex, Cassidy forcefully having to catch up. "Look, CCTV cameras" she whispers, pointing up to the camera which looks down at the reception door. "Once we get inside, we may need to disable the cameras"

You hum in agreement, and indicate that you both need to put your hoodie's hoods up, for disguise. On the bag that you brought, you got a wrench and a glass breaker which you would use to open the door. Once placing the glass breaker on the doors window and the wrench on the handle of the door. You and Cassidy both push the glass breaker, which shatters the glass, making a deafening crashing sound.

"We did it"

"We did, but once we get inside, it's serious" You chime, play punching Cassidy in the arm.

"Yeah, you ready?" Cassidy replies.

...

"As ready as we will ever be"
