Roxy POV

"What, what is that... noise?"

Roxy's ears turn, capturing the slight sounds of yours and Cassidy's movements, her hearing senses had sharpened after the incident with the 'little boy' (Gregory) who she was commanded to hunt down. Her body once again, uses this advanced piece of technology, and now she can hear where you are, the sound of a person, a human, a sound she'd thought she would never hear again.

"If not for my damn eyes being ripped out, its going to be harder to track them down"

"Otherwise I would make them dead meat by now"

Listening the the footsteps, she follows the sound to make her way out of the toilets, towards the source of the sound, echolocation becoming once again, useful. She quickly jogs towards where you are, narrowly missing objects in her path. Her damaged torso slows her down, her joints squeaking terribly loud. After a long while of slow running, she knows she is above you, on the balcony, just above the escalator to her Raceway arena.

"A plan to sneak into my arena, well no chance", "I know my racetrack arena layout off by heart"

"C'mon losers, make this harder for me, for all I know, its going to be stupidly easy"

Back to your POV

You're nearly there, by the escalator to the Raceway.

"What are you, I mean we, hoping to find exactly?" Cassidy asks, walking to your side.

"In the arena?", "Clues" You state, shining your flashlight on the floor in front.

"Well that's helpful innit?"

You let out a slight chuckle and eye roll at Cassidy's sarcasm. However your too concentrated on not stepping on the puddles of sticky black oil which is smothered in the carpet that you walk on. Cassidy's and your shoes are already embossed in the oil, seeping through to your socks. The fur from the carpet is also stuck to your shoes like hairballs thrown up by a cat.

"We seriously need to find out why this oil is literally everywhere" You say, pulling disgusted faces whenever you step into an unavoidable puddle of the black liquid.

*Whirr*, *squeak~*, *whirr*

"What the hell?" Cassidy abruptly mumbles, looking back. The loud whirring and squeaking noises sound in the darkness however a far enough distance, you think. However you faintly remember what these sounds are, they came from Glam rock Bonnie, an animatronic.

"That's an animatronic" You snap, waving your flashlight in the dark, searching every nook and cranny. "I didn't see any animatronics by the entrance to the Racetrack though?!." Cassidy follows suit, looking above by the balconies.

"Hey, look, up there!" Cassidy shouts loudly, waving her flashlight at the wolf like shadow behind the glass balcony barrier. The shadow gets bigger, and soon the shadow becomes real, Roxanne appears peering over the edge.

"F-ound y-y-you" Roxanne says, her voice distorted and deepened, she didn't sound like the Roxanne you knew. Out of the corner you see Cassidy stumble back, her hand over her mouth in shock. Roxy can run EXTREMELY fast, and you know that, even though her eyes are missing, she can still find you by sound and vibration. There's no way to escape her without making no sound, you just have to make a run for it.

"Cassidy, Go, go. GO!" You scream, grabbing her arm and throwing her forward, letting her get a head start. The wound on your head throbs and your arm stiffens from the pain, slowing you down a little. As Cassidy arrives to the elevator, she rams the open button. You wait, by the side of her, watching Roxy jog towards you at great speeds. You feel the door open and you shove Cassidy in there, you going in after, now your ramming the close button. You know its not going to close fully before Roxy gets to you.

"Damn KIDS" The robot shrieks in a deranged voice, her claws were now gripping the 2 doors, pulling them apart inch by inch. Cassidy uses one of the knives to jab Roxy in the head with. It doesn't work. She's getting closer towards you, her head now fully through the door, her eyeless face glaring into both of your souls. You give up and go close to Cassidy holding her tight. You wait for your death, right here and now.

It doesn't happen.

There's silence, you open your eyes to see Roxy, standing, doing nothing. Her head glitches and her tail sways left and right viciously. You can hear some sort of voice coming from Roxy. Cassidy steps forward to try and hear, you hold her hand pulling her back.

"G-go, g-go, go, go" the deranged voice repeats. Its like someone is helping you, you have no clue who, but you're grateful.

The doors shut after pressing the close button once more. Cassidy chokes out a sob and clutches her jacket. You stand idly, placing a hand over your chest which beats rapidly. Elevator music plays in the background, however glitched and out of tune. Cassidy's flashlight rolls on the floor, lighting up the small space ever so lightly.

"You ok?", "You can go if you want to, I wont force you to stay here" You mumble, placing a hand on Cassidy's shoulder. Cassidy looks up at you with sore red eyes and a sniffling nose.

"There's no guarantee I'll live trying to get out, plus, I don't want to go."

"Alright"

The elevator dings, the doors open and reveals  dark hallway where the trophies and pillars stand however pitch dark and not so lively. Not much to see. You get to the double doors at the end of the hallway and walk into a lit racetrack, the lights still working. You turn off both flashlights and stuff them in the drawstring bags. You take a few steps forward, noticing that nothing much has been changed or damaged. However the racetrack is a bit messed up, the floors cracked and split in multiple places. A part of the racetrack that you can see looks completely destroyed.

"Well, there's no point in looking around the whole place, go there, ill follow" You say, pointing out to the destruction at the bottom of a slop of the Racetrack. Cassidy nods and jogs over, you following at the same speed. Cautiously you slide down the smooth slopes of the Racetrack which lead a little underground. There, some part of the Racetrack is missing, the barricades completely ripped, the black floor painted with tire marks.

"Its a Race cart, right there, someone drove it into the wall" Cassidy whispers, stepping off the track into the mess. Looking by the kart, underneath lay some of Roxy's casing, grey and red, the casing of her missing arm and hand also are scattered and crushed.

"Someone drove into Roxy, that's why she is so damaged!" Cassidy exclaims. Stepping back.

There's nothing else to admire, but for all you know, someone was here before you who had to deal with the animatronics before did. A child, like you.

"We got some information now at least, lets get out of here and go somewhere else" You call, making your way up to the surface.

"Good idea" Cassidy replies.

You pull yourself up to the floor where the top part of the racetrack is. But you freeze in your place. Roxy is walking slowly towards you.

'I thought we got rid of her, what do I do?' You think, Cassidy slowly comes up behind you and too freezes. You do nothing but signal for Cassidy to be still and quiet.

"I-its okay"

Cassidy speaks up, grabbing your right arm. "Her voice, its changed...its changed?"

She's right, Roxy's voice box is more male and a little livelier. Almost sounding like someone you know.

"W-we knew e-each other" Roxy speaks, stopping in front of you.

The voice sounds more familiar to you by the minute. Like a missing memory slowly returning.

"Ay-aye M-atey"

Cassidy freezes and stiffens, her eyes widening in shock. Your head spins, your eyes fill with tears.

'It cant be him, it cant be him!' You think whilst choking out a few sobs, tears streaming down your eyes.

Cassidy shouts in confusion whilst collapsing to a kneeling position on the floor.

"I-is that you Fritz...?!"
