Chapter One

An elderly chimpanzee, dressed in an old fashioned clothing, opens the mansion door. He smiles softly at the person. "Ms (Name), welcome home."

"Pogo." The girl enters the house before she kneels and embraces Pogo who returns the embrace warmly. She pulls away and looks up to the staircase, where her adoptive brother stands. "Hi Luther. How was the moon?"

She and him are the only active Umbrella academy members but they talked a lot until he got sent to the moon.

Pogo walks away to give the siblings a room to catch up, if they ever do.

"It was fine. How is Greenland?"

"Cold, lonely, and actually beautiful once winter calms down."

"We were in a similar environment after all..." The siblings stare at each other, not knowing what to say next. "Ok, I'll be upstairs. Call me if you need anything."

"Alright. Wait, can you drop off my luggage to my room?" She planned to stay here for a month.

"Sure." Luther takes her bac while she walks to the living room.

"Thanks."

(Name) walks towards the fireplace. She smiles at the woman who sits by it, watching the flame. "Hi mom." She takes the seat across her.

The woman doesn't respond but she does smile at her.

(Name) let's out a sigh and relaxes. Her gaze goes to the flame then to the portrait hanging by the fire place.

Five, the boy who always thought he was better than anyone else and so (Name) made it her mission to show him how wrong he was. Sometimes she'd be successful at it and sometimes she would lose.

That's how they bonded. By fist fighting or using their minds and Vanya was always the mediator. She realized how violent her childhood days were.

Their little competition dragged on until Five suddenly disappeared.

That's when (Name) realized how much he meant to her. And she also saw him some years ago, just walking casually before he disappears in front of her, it was weird. That is when she figured he was time travelling.

Because of his and Ben's disappearance, she got scared of losing more of her siblings so she tried getting close to them.

After sometime, someone enters the house. "(Name)?" It's Allison. One of the people in the house who she can trust.

(Name) walks to where the girl is. The sisters hug like they never seen each other for years which is true.

"How are you?

Allison takes a deep breath. "I'm good... Patrick filed a divorce 8 months ago and he got sole custody over Claire."

"First time meeting again and you slap me with a problem. That answers my confusion of why Claire isn't here."

"They wouldn't let me take her... So, he's really gone, huh?

"Yep." (Name) is clearly aware that her financer is gone for good. This means she has to get a normal job again or just continue with her missions.

(Name) stands before the family portrait. Because of her enhanced ability, she can feel emotions vividly from her memories. She hates her ability sometimes, it's hard for her to move on because of them.

"Oh Ben. Have I been smarter before, you would've been here with us today."

The way she's feeling right now is what she felt all those years ago.

"Hi Mom." Comes from the one who just arrived. She receives no respond from their mother. It's Vanya.

(Name) walks to where the girl is to give her a hug. She's the other person who she can trust. "Vanya! It's so great to see you again."
