I wake up the next day and put on some shorts and an oversized crew neck grabbing my head phones and a blanket I sit on my balcony blasting ' left hand free'

I tilt my head back taking a deep breathe someone taps me I jump the opposite way I look and see arlo he smiles " breakfast is ready" I nod " I'm not hungry thanks tho" he smiles and nods walking out

After a hour I change into

I grab my cross body bum bag and go downstairs to the kitchen no one is there so I go to the library and see Eliza " morning why didn't you have breakfast" I shrug " I'll get some later I'm going out shopping" she nods

I lean over the couch and kiss her cheek as I walk out the front door I see the boys all getting into there own cars I twirl my keys in my hands getting in line I pull out the drive way and drive to the centro commerciale [mall]

I get out after parking and walk inside making many stops I get to the book store I could just order but I hate being cooped up for so long.

My eyes glance over the shelves before my eyes settle on the 'peaky blinders' book I put it in my hand and grab the shatter me collection after paying I go to my car

I drive home slowly as it's pitch black 'padre' contact shows up on my phone as I answer " hey princessa where are you" I take a short cut " 5 minuites away" he hums " okay love you" I hang up as I pull up I see the boys outside and more cars

I pop my trunk the boys come over " want help" Hugo asks I shrug " if you help is it gonna come back and bite me on the ass" his face drops and shakes his head " I'm sorry" he says as he wraps his arm around my shoulder pulling me in for a hug

Everyone grabs bag as and axle takes the bags from my hands as I slam my boot shut " any need" I nod " it's broke can't be added taking it to get fixed" they laugh I see ace smirk

We all walk up the steps all the boys share looks before I open the door

I watch as she freezes right in the door way " this is gonna go way worse than we though"Harlow whispers me and Hugo give her a pointed look

" harp it's me your mum amara" she takes a step forward and harper takes one back straight into my front she turns around looking to me " I'm so sorry" she mumbles before walking past the boys back out the door

" told you she wouldn't want to see you she's had it tough recently" dad says I pass the bags I have to Harlow" take them to her room I'll find her" I tell them going out the same way harper did

It's no secret me and harper don't get on at all but it because I don't know her she has things in common either the others and I missed out in so much as an older brother I hate that

I see her sat by the lake struggling to breathe as she sobs my heart breaks this canr be the same girl that made me Wake Up at 1 in the morning to cuddle when she was a baby

" harper" i says as I approach her I crouch down next to her she turns away from me " I'll stop crying now I'm sorry" I pull her up cupping her face bending down to her level

" I never judged you because you cry it's good to show emotion.I did the things I did because you get on with everyone else except me I-I missed out on a lot and I'm sorry okay but I don't love you any less"

She nods I wipe her falling tears " I'm sorry" she says I nod pulling her in for a hug " I don't like her" she says I rub her back as she cuddles into my embrace " come on how's about I ring the boys and we can all walk to the docks" I suggest she nods wiping her tears

I text the group chat and tell Hugo to bring one two of my hoodies and we see them running to us " h-here" he pants and harper giggles

" here you go princessa" axle hand her the other hoodie she puts it on and it falls above her knee " come on then squirt"Harlow says running to her throwing her over her shoulder "Harlow my hip ow" she says huff

Harlow immediately put her down when she first came she had to have surgery 3 to be exact she had a shattered shoulder blade hip and collar bone so they all have metal plates now she didn't even know but after the incident she had to have them " let's get ice cream" harper suggest

" okay come on" axle says grabbing her hand " come on then tell me what your plans are for the week"Axle asks and I see a light smile on everyone's face as she goes on and on about what she could do

" you should talk to her she paced outside your door the other night" I whisper to Hugo and his face is covered with guilt " no I've hurt her it doesn't matter" I scoff " she's a 17 year old girl with 3 brothers and one older sister that she moved in with just under 6 months ago she still hasn't gotten used to it so Hugo please"

He sighs " I will later when we are alone" I nod as we get to the ice cream cart and we all order and start walking home when dad calls " home now dinners done is harper with you" hater laugh loud I turn to see axle tickling her as she runs to me " yeah give us 5" I end the call and harper pulls on my hoodie

" protect me" she whisper she's on the small side of the height scale we are all 6'0 and she's 5'7" come on round it up we have to go home dinner" axle shouts and we all walk home slower as harper is tired the sun went down an hour ago

We get to the house and axle opens the door " mmm food" we all say at the same time harper laughs as we all walk into the dining room harper stops her eyes glossing over obviously she's in her mind Hugo noticed everyone else in conversation
