Some details~

I am starting this today on the 15.02.2022 and i plan to go for 3 months till the 15.05.22

Each day or maybe at the end of the week i will write about my calories and workouts done .


Height: 158cm

 SW :  50 kg (aprox)

GW1 : 48kg

GW2: 46kg

UGW: 43-45kg

So aproximately 5-7kg to lose ! 


also i want to lose it as healthy as possible, i am not going to starve myself but keep it as healthy as possible!
