breakfast:
banana
small milk bread and a cereal bar
Lunch:
carrot sticks and an apple
Dinner:
Toast with a fried egg!
Worked out half an hour today! I am sure it'll take some months to achieve that weight, but we do not want to starve to achieve it and feel a bit freer with food, so I don't fall back because I restrict too much! Wish me, luck people! I wish i could eat a day without any back thoughts
