emerald eyes

Someone got into my room. That was Will.

W:"Breakfast is ready. Come down when you're ready."

Y:"Okey."

He left the room. I got up and looked in the closet at what I could wear. I finally found it.

I sat down at the table and took some concealer and put it under my eyes. I had big eyelids under my eyes so I took to covering them. I put on some mascara and combed my hair. I went downstairs and found the others at the table having breakfast.

T:"Good morning."

Te:"Good morning."

W:"Good morning Y / n."

P:"Good morning, what do you want for breakfast?"

Y:"Toast."

P:"Okay."

Phil was making my toast and I sit next to Tommy.

W:"How do you feel about your first day at school?"

Y:"Nervous."

T:"Why didn't you ever go to school?"

Y:"I do not know. Because I didn't have to."

T:"Makes sense."

Techno was quiet and ate breakfast. He just watched me without a word.

Y:"Why are you quiet Techno?"

It was like I had interrupted his flow of thought. He raised his head and looked me in the eyes. He swallowed a piece of egg.

T:"He's been nervous since this morning."

Techno just rolled his eyes and continued to eat. I looked at him thoughtfully. I wondered what was wrong with him. I was thinking about that. Phil interrupted my thoughts and gave me my toast.

P:"Here you go."

Y:"Thank you."

I took and ate my toast. Techno finished his meal and got up from the table without a word. He went upstairs. Probably to his room. I quickly finished my breakfast and went to his room to see what it was all about. I stood in front of his door and listened. Thanks to my super hearing, I could hear even the quietest sounds. All that could be heard was his breathing. I opened the door slowly.

Y:"Hey."

Te:"Hey."

He was sitting on the bed looking at me.

Y:"Can I come in?"

Te:"Sure."

Y:"What are you doing?"

Te:"I'm thinking."

Y:"About what?"

Te:"Nothing special. Just wondering."

Y:"Are you mad at me?"

No replies.
Y:"Because of the body? Because I don't pay attention to them?"

Te:"Yes. You are irresponsible."

I sat next to him on the bed.

Y:"If you were me, you would do the same. You wouldn't care."

He looked at me with angry eyes. I just got up and left the room.I went to the living room and sat on the couch. There was Will. We waited for Tommy and Techno to go to school together. In the meantime, they got off too and we all got in the car. I used my super speed to be the first to sit in the passenger seat. Techno would mostly argue with me about that place but this time he just sat in the back. He and Tommy sat in the back. Will drove us. I believe that each of them has traumas from the car because of the way they died and how it was a car accident. When Will sat in the driver's seat he looked at me angrily.

Y:"What?"

W:"Someone could see you almost teleporting."
Y:"I'm not teleporting."

W:"But you're so fast it seems like you're teleporting."

I rolled my eyes and leaned against the window. I watched people pass by. Finally after 10 minutes of driving we arrived. We got out of the car. I saw the children enter the school and sit in front of it. I took a deep breath and followed the others. Techno ignored me all the time. We got to the lockers.

W:"The first class you have alone. You will have to go alone. Your classroom is on the left on the first floor."

Y:"Okay."

All three went to their classes. I put things in the closet. When I closed it, I headed for the stairs. I heard a bell that sounded much louder because of my super hearing than it would sound to ordinary people. I covered my ears begging to stop. It finally stopped. I had a feeling like everyone was looking at me. I haven't had many friends in my life. What's more, I had no one but Tommy, Techan and Will and Phil. I don't know how to make friends with anyone at all. Especially because of what I am. My thinking was interrupted by hitting in someone. We both fell to the floor. I rubbed my eyes to see who it was. In the meantime, he stood up.

?:"Watch out!" He said arrogantly.

I sat on the floor and watched the emerald green eyes looking at me. Those eyes were very familiar to me. He scanned me from head to toe. He held out his hand to me but I stood up ignoring him. What a jerk.I just walked past him and went up the stairs. I was looking for a classroom, and I couldn't find it. The corridors were empty, everyone went to their classes. I started to panic.
