for when you're not enough

Let's not start on a lie, my darling, you are enough...and if anything, you're SO far passed enough, I have no words to explain how ENOUGH you really, truly are

and I say that with so much honesty, 'cause if anyone is going to tell you the straight up truth, I'm definitely your person

You are perfect. The flaws you see when you look into the mirror are all in your head. There's nothing wrong with your face... The only thing I see is beauty. I know you don't see it, but I promise you it's there. You're beautiful. The number you see when you step on the scale does not define who you are. Your body is fine the way it is. Your curves make you look beautiful. And I hope one day you'll embrace them.

It's okay to want to be healthy and fit, but do NOT think for one second it's all who you are.  Be happy. I know it's not easy, but don't change yourself, only to end up loosing yourself. It isn't worth it.

Look at yourself, look really close. Think about all you've been through. All the tears you've cried. All the hurt and pain you've felt. All the times you thought you couldn't handle living anymore. Realize how far you've come. How strong you are today. How brave and beautiful you are. Smile. You are stronger than you think.

You must understand. People will hurt you. They will tell you things to bring you down...but it's not true. You may see yourself as a waste of space but we all have a purpose and talent. Hell, if you're good at coloring, that's a talent. Maybe you can sleep for hours, or you make really good pasta, you have a talent.. But I must say it, your best and strongest talent(s) is you're the most beautiful and the strongest person I know, because you're still alive with the rest of us. And that's pretty freakin' awesome.

" Look at yourself as a color. You may not be everybody's favorite color but believe me, one day you will meet someone who needs you to complete their picture. "

You're one amazing person. Know that, and tell yourself over and over. Believe it. I believe in you.

The world is counting on you, you're going to make a difference one day. You're going to change the world.

" Are you good enough? "       Damn right you are.
