At one point, Pacifica tugged on Dippers vest, asking him to stop. He nodded and adjusted his cap , turning around to look at her.

"So , what did you want to talk about?"

He asks , looking back at the direction they came from, making sure no one was following them. He didn't want to come home on his last day here and be made fun of for being in the Forrest. Alone. With a girl. When the coast was clear, he looked back down at her. She was twirling a lock of straight blonde hair around her index finger , her cheeks starting to flush.

"W-well, I heard you were leaving today... and I wanted to say thank you."

"For what?"

Dipper asked raising a brow

"I was really mean to you, and treated you badly ... and all you've ever done is been nice to me."

"Yeah... more then you think.."

"Huh?"

"Never mind, just continue."

She nodded and looked down at her brown uggs.

"And ... I really appreciate you hanging out with me. It made me really happy!"

She says gripping onto the hem of her purple dress. She looks him in the eyes , her blue pupils gazing into his Hazel ones.

"Y-yeah , it's no problem,"

He rubbed the back of his neck and looked away, blushing slightly

"And.."

She leaned forward and planted a small kiss on his cheek. She pulled out a small box from her pocket and pushed it into his arms, before dashing away. Dipper stood there shocking, his heart pounding against his ribs.

"What ... just.."

His face turned a deep shade of red as he sat down on a half rotting log behind him. Touching a few fingers to his cheek , he looked down at the small red box in his hands. It was closed with a green ribbon, and had a small smiley face sticker attached to it.

"W-wow.."

He tugged at the string and it easily came out. Stuffing it in his pocket, he opened the lid and set it aside. There was a small card folded up neatly , and an object wrapped in white paper. A smile spread across his face, as he gently unwrapped the paper. Inside was a pin that was the same shape as the tree on his hat. Same color too. It took a while , but he managed to attach it to his vest. He put the card in his pocket, wanting to read it later. Standing up , he slowly walked back to the Mystery Shack, looking around at the peaceful scenery of the forest.
