It's been a couple of days since the bell test. On our first mission yesterday, we have to do chores for the villagers. Now, Kaka-sensei said I can't do any mission with the team today since Grandpa wanted to see me. When I got to Grandpa in his office, he told me something shocking.
"What do you mean I'm going on missions with the Anbu? I'm still a genin remember? I don't even have any experience"
"*Sigh* I don't even want you to go but the Konoha council wanted you to go. Don't worry, you'll only go on a few missions for a week. But you have to wear a mask. Once you're finished, you can do missions with your teammates."
"But- *Sigh* Fine, what's the rank?" Grandpa looked at the paper, and said hesitantly might I add "... B, A, & S rank"

So long story short, I have to do three missions. Not only that, I have to do the missions with Three Anbu. Boar, Eagle, and Tiger. Oh, also a healer, Kabuto Yakushi. Just great. And to make things even more worst, once I finish the missions I have to face my team's wrath. They're probably gonna ask a lot of questions, especially Sakura-nee.
After Grandpa dismissed me, I go to my home and pack for the missions.
Grandpa already told us the details of the missions. In the B-rank mission, we have to travel to one of the small villages near Konoha to kill the missing-nin who's staying there, Once we're done with that. We have to do the A-rank mission, which is escorting an old friend of grandpa, who's coincidentally staying in the same village as the missing-nin, to their hometown in the Hidden Stone Village. After that, we'll do our last mission, which is the S-rank mission. In this mission, we have to transport highly classified documents from the hidden stone village back to the Hidden Leaf Village. For some reason, I feel like all these missions are connecting somehow.
After I'm done packing, I lock the door, put Kuro on my head, and off to the gate.
But just my luck, I saw team 7 doing their missions. I was planning to pass them unnoticed, but Kaka-sensei just had to call me out "Hey Yuichi, did you see the Hokage?" That made the others snap their head my way. "Yui, where were you? Kakashi said you'll only see the Hokage. And why are you carrying a big backpack?" Sakura-nee asks me, more like interrogating me. Whiskers and Sasuke just stare at me.
"Well you see, The Hokage wanted me to do some errands for him. So I'll be gone for a week"
"... A WEEK? Isn't that way too long?" "It's okay big sis. I'll be fine... Welp, I got to go. See ya in a week"
I exit the gate with my temporary teammates. With my fox mask on.
