The summer had passed quickly, but for Inuri Schwartz and Isaac Grossman; they are still school/work days with weekends off. The question is is Isaac still working as a upholsterer?

Isaac put in a two weeks notice that he won't show up to work after that night where he drunkenly murdered that girl, but he never returned to work after that day. Isaac seemed to have a "new job" that suited his needs better.

When Isaac did wake up with a painful migraine, he saw the girl's bloody body. He had no memory of how that got there, but that body needed to be disposed of. Isaac got out of bed, picked up the girl's lifeless corpse and plopped it on the bed, then left the room; closing the door behind him and locking it before leaving the house.

Isaac didn't contact Inuri that day.

Inuri had tried calling him, but she's gotten no answer.

A full day later Inuri decided to stop by at the house after classes were done. She never told Jason or Splendorman where she was going though. When Inuri arrived at the house, she paused. Isaac did tell her not to enter the house. Inuri shrugged and decided to wait.

The wait wasn't long though. Inuri gasped in excitement upon seeing Isaac returning with a metal garbage can and upholstery tools from work in a bag. Isaac was shocked as Inuri ran towards him and stopped in her tracks.

"I haven't heard from you all day Isaac!" Inuri breathed out. "Where have you been?"

Isaac shook his head and turned away from the clowngirl. "I've been busy alright?" he snapped.

Isaac looked back and his eyes widened as he realized he just snapped at his now girlfriend. Inuri's smile faltered and backed away with widened eyes. She looked upset. Isaac then sighed.

"Hey, I'm sorry Inuri." Isaac apologized. "Work has been...stressful. Too much going on. That's why I couldn't call you. How about I make up for it? Maybe we can go have a drink at a bar?"

Inuri shook her head slightly. "That is nice, but I don't drink." Inuri told him. "Besides, what good would even that do? Alcohol isn't even healthy."

Isaac sighed. "Well what if I order you a non-alcoholic drink?" he asked.

Inuri nodded. "I'll agree to that as long as they have Pepsi." she answered. "Pepsi is pretty good stuff; as long as it isn't drugged. That deal better be sealed and not fingers crossed!"

Isaac snickered. "Sorry sweetheart. Even if I could cross my fingers my hands are full." he remarked. "Still, it's a deal. Good thing you're here Inuri. I actually have another rule for you for our relationship to work out."

Inuri scoffed and rolled her eyes. "Another rule?"

"It's just those two rules. They're not much. Just imagine this relationship having ten or twenty rules." Isaac insisted. "That would be a strict relationship. At least hear me out.

"So, have you read any newspapers at all? Like how many newspapers do you read a day?"

Inuri gave her boyfriend a blank expression. "Newspapers?" she asked. "I've read them before I met you as a child, but I've been given textbooks from clown school lately. Even if I were to read newspapers in my free time again, is there any good news at all?"

Isaac nodded. "True." he commented. "That's the second rule, but it's not much since we're both busy with school and work. Do NOT at any time read the newspapers. It'll be the same bad news over and over again."

Inuri rolled her eyes again. "Wouldn't dream of it now." she said.

Isaac nodded, then heaved his bag. "Well I'm gonna head back inside. See you tomorrow?" he asked.
