Chapter 13

Y/n is seen running with Hange and Miche, with the former sprinting to see the other titan shifter. They made it to their quarters to find Eren in his new room, holding his bruised cheek as Levi stood by the doorway.

Y/n: God damn what happened to you?

Eren: Y/n? Why weren't you at court?

Levi: Because We already worked on something for him, and to answer your question. I beat the shit out of him, to prove he isn't a threat.

Y/n: Well... at least it worked.

Eren: How do you know it worked?!

Y/n: You're alive, in pain, but alive.

Hange then pushes past Y/n, and begins to talk to Eren. Eren looked uncomfortably towards Y/n, who just shrugged. Y/n looks at Levi.

Y/n: Captain Levi, why haven't I been to trial yet?

Levi: You're going to have to ask Erwin yourself, kid.

Y/n frowns, but nods.

Hange: Hold on, you Levi beat you? Why do you have all of your teeth then? I know the guy always knocks some teeth out each time.

Eren: Wait- I do?! I saw at least two shoot out on court...

Hange: You guys have the healing factors of Titans! By the walls I need to find those teeth asap! I'll be back!

Hange runs out the door, as Levi leaves too, to prevent Hange from doing something stupid. Leaving the two recruits alone, Y/n sits by Eren's desk.

Eren: Why weren't you at trial?

Y/n: Commander Erwin just dropped me off here. And put Hange in charge of me... he never said if I was going on trial anytime soon. I wonder what he's planning.

Y/n is seen sitting in his room by the window. He watched as Eren was seen cleaning the horse stables... guess that's the benefit of being under Hange's team, and not Levi's. However, he still had to clean his room of course, not that he minds it. Y/n's mind began to wander back to trost... when he was staring at Mikasa, who was that? That flashed in his mind? Y/n's fist grew tight, he doesn't know why, but he felt angry... he can't ask his mother, for some reason, he can't speak to her, unless she speaks first. He has so many questions... for so many people.

Who is his mother? Where's from? Why did she have the powers to turn into a dragon? How's Mikasa? His squad? Everyone, are they okay?

He tried to think, when suddenly his door opened. There, Commander Erwin and Hange were seen. Y/n stood up, and saluted the Commander.

Y/n: Commander Erwin! And Hange!

Erwin: Relax soldier, I'm just curious to see what Hange has planned for you.

Y/n: What?

Hange: It's our first day of testing Y/n! Don't worry tomorrow, it'll be Eren's turn! But today, just you and me!

Y/n: Um, yes ma'am.

Hange: Good! Now let's head to the field for a bit. We may need all the room we could get!

Y/n looked at her puzzled, but shrugged it off as they kept the quarters.

After a while, they were seen in a field, with a perimeter made of many soldiers, and researchers, even Levi and his squad. Which, obviously included Eren.

Everyone kept their distance from Y/n, who was seen holding a knife against his hand.

Hange: Okay Y/n, first thing we need to do, is for you to transform! Can you do that?!
