As Y/n walks out of the building, Y/n hears bells ringing. Y/n turns to see Eren and Mikasa walking out of what looked like a storehouse. Y/n picked up the pace and waved his arms.

Y/n: Eren! Mikasa!

The two look to see Y/n running towards them their faces light up, as their friend was still alive. Y/n warps the two into a hug, holding them tightly, as if he were to let go, they would disappear. Eren lets go, however Mikasa keeps on hugging him.

Eren: Y/n you're alive! When we didn't see you on the boat we thought...

Y/n: Some kids found me knocked out and took me with them, I just woke up a few minutes ago. And Mikasa you could let go of me now.

Mikasa: No.

Eren: Y/n... where's your mom if some kids saved you?

Y/n: I-I don't know... but, they found her necklace by me and there was... blood everywhere. I-I don't have a family anymore...

Eren: Neither do we... but... at least we have each other right?

Y/n: *slight smile* Right... say, where's Armin?

Eren: I don't know, I know he was on the boat with us?

Suddenly Armin is seen running towards the group carrying three loaves of bread.

Armin: Eren, Mikasa! Y-Y/n?! You're alive?!

Y/n: Hey shorty.

Armin: Listen I got some bread! My grandpa got us some saying it was for children!

Armin hands one to Mikasa.

Mikasa: Thank you.

One to Eren, and the one to Y/n.

Y/n: Armin. What about you?

Armin: *nervously chuckles* I'll just find some more I guess.

Y/n looks at the bread before handing it back.

Y/n: You're more scrawny, you need it more than me.

Armin: You just woke up! You need to eat.

Mikasa: Y/n listen to him. You and Eren need to eat.

Y/n: *sighs* Fine. We'll split it, we need to at least eat something.

Y/n brakes the bread in half and gives the other half to Armin.

Armin: ...Thank you.

Armin smiles at Y/n, before and audible "tch" is heard. Y/n and Eren see a garrison soldier look annoyed at the children, before walking away.

Eren: What's his problem?

Armin: You can't blame him. There's probably not enough food to go around. *points to the bread* And that's an entire day's worth. There are just too many refugees. There was already a food shortage going on, plus the people here army treated as well as citizens on the outer wall.

As Armin explains the situation, three men are seen fighting over some bread.

Y/n: I just realized... Why are we in Wall Rose? I thought only Shiganshina fell?

Mikasa: No. An armored titan broke Wall Maria's gate.

Y/n: *mutters* So everyone escaped into Wall rose...

The three men continued to fight as Eren and Y/n overheard two garrison regiment soldiers chatting to the side.

???: Why should we hafta give our food to some lousy outsiders? If the titans got through the wall, they could've at least eaten some more people, if you ask me!-
