Two days later Miranda was sitting on the bed drinking wine. She could hardly sleep, more nervous than ever. The only question that came to mind was should she be marrying a fucking stranger. She knew that these 12 months would be a defying year of her life and she didn't know if she was mentally up for the challenge. She was going into something blindly and there was no way to be prepared for anything.

Her prep team knocked on the door and came in with a big break-fast cart for her when she opened the door to them and her camera crew, who Sage would not allow to film her until he had some of her base makeup applied. Sage took one look at her and rolled his eyes, sitting her down on the edge of her bed. You didn't sleep, did you?" he asked with a heavy sigh, reaching behind him and picking up a bottle of champagne. He opened it as she bit her lip and shook her head no. He poured the champagne into a glass and then topped it off with orange juice. "Well, darling, this isn't going to be the most important day of your life but you do have to look the part, so drink this up, eat a croissant, and then we'll get to work on you." Two more mimosas and two chocolate filled croissants later, she was feeling a little better, and her team was working hard on her hair and makeup. They had her looking like a runway model in a couple of hours, and then they helped her into her dress, shoes, and veil.

Ben woke up early, he sat and thought for a while. He thought of what his wife would be like and what would she look like. He wanted everything to go perfect and nothing to be wrong.

Curt knocked on the door and Ben opened it up. "How are feeling brother?"

"Nervous as hell but I mean I kind of trust the experts to pick a great woman." Ben said rubbing his face.

Well I order a big breakfast and it's on the way up. We are going to eat and relax until it's time to get dress. Wedding starts at 3.

Ben laid around and he talked with his brother until it was time to get dressed. Ben put on his black suit and shoes and he stuck the peach colored white rose to his suit.

"You look good Ben. Now all you have to do it claim your bride." Curt said "and my advise for you would be to do everything you can to make this work and if you both want it to work it will."

"You're not even married." Ben laughed.

"But it still was good advice. Don't underestimate me." Curt laughed.

Sage handed Miranda an elegant bouquet of flowers and he straightened the bouquet in her hand. Pretending to be a princess walking to her prince. Miranda carried the flowers like they were glass. Happy ever after was supposed to be down the hall.

Miranda followed her team downstairs to a long hallway and partway down the hall they turned her and walked out of a door into a garden with a long white carpet laid out before her. It was strewn with light lavender, white, and peach colored rose petals. She turned suddenly and looked at Sage and Talia. Andrea had already hurried to her seat.

"I can't do this. I'm going to throw up," Miranda said in a panicked voice. Sage lifted his chin and closed his eyes as he shook his head. "Hush." Then he looked at her earnestly. "Of course you can do this. You are acting. It's a job. A very good paying job. You are 'on camera' for a while, that's it. You most certainly can do it. Just remember that its a job. You are surgeon but also are being paid to be a princess who is marrying her prince. It's just acting... acting real; it is a reality show, but it's still just acting. You can do it. If you couldn't do it, they'd never have chosen you. There were thousands of women who wanted this role. You can do it. So do it." He leaned over and kissed her cheek, then turned her and gave her a little push. "Count to thirty and then start walking down that aisle."

Talia squeezed her hand and then the two of them disappeared to join Andrea. Miranda closed her eyes and counted slowly to thirty. Then she took a deep breath, opened her eyes and began to walk down the aisle. When she rounded a corner in the garden, she heard live music playing and she felt her heartbeat quicken. The camera crew had only filmed part of her dressing, makeup, and styling preparation before they went to the hallways to film her walking to the altar. They were stationed near the alter and she could see another team filming the groom.

He stood with his back to her as he was instructed to do. She saw his back and saw that he was tall and brown skin and she did her best not to let the shock that rocked through her register on her face.

She looked at Callie who was standing near the altar waiting for her, and Callie grinned and winked. That had to be a good sign, she thought. She lifted her chin and walked, all eyes on her save her future husband's, and three cameras were on her as she looked straight ahead and smiled widely, stopping when she reached the end of the aisle.

The officiant nodded and she turned to look at her husband to be. Ben felt her next to him, and when he turned to look at her, he could not hide the surprise on his face. She was gorgeous, and she was nothing at all like the woman he had assumed they would probably have him marry. Her hair was curled. Her skin was a creamy mocha, her eyes were big and a beautiful brown, and she was unquestionably one of the most beautiful women he had ever seen in his life. He hoped her personality matched her looks. She looked as surprised as he did, and she felt it. There before her was a tall, gorgeous, brown skin, man, who was practically a wall of muscle.

"Dam." Ben thought still staring.

Both of them came out of their shock and the music silenced.

"Dr. Benjamin Warren. I would like you meet Dr. Miranda Bailey. For the first time. " The officiant introduced.

"Hello" Ben greeted.
"Hi." Miranda spoke nervously.

As the officiant read their vows, their hearts raced, and they repeated it to each other the promises he spoke for them. The man asked them for the rings. Miranda turned to Callie who gave her a thrilled grin and took her bouquet as she handed her a silver band for Ben. Ben took the ring from Curt and then they exchanged them. She was surprised and delighted at the pretty diamond ring he put on her finger. It was huge, and was beautifully designed, and it sparkled in the sunlight against her skin. They were pronounced man and wife and Ben hesitated only a moment before placing his hands tentatively on her waist, leaning down, and kissing her gently. His kiss was warm and soft, and then it was gone and he smiled lightly at her and something in him caused him to lean back down and captured her lips again. Miranda gasped and moved her lips against his eagerly. His lips were so softly and he sucked on her bottom lip causing her to get lost in the feel of them. Ben pulled her closer by her waist and Miranda put her arm around his neck. They broke apart finally gasping for air.

She couldn't believe it. She was married. Legally married to a complete stranger. They turned and their crews clapped and cheered for them. Bubbles were blown as they walked down the aisle.

The camera crew followed them into the court yard. It was decorated nicely with flowers and the tables had white tablecloths. One had a table with a 3 tiered wedding cake and champagne flutes.

Ben kept staring at Miranda. He couldn't believe how beautiful she was. She was absolutely stunning and breath taking. He sat down with her at the table after he pulled her chair out.

"Hi." Miranda said once again nervously.

"Hey." Ben replied smiling.

"So you're a doctor?" Miranda questioned.

"Yeah, I'm an anesthesiologist. And you?" Ben responded.

"I'm a General Surgeon." Miranda answered quickly. Miranda was glad he was a doctor. He understood her work hours.

"So intelligent and down right unreasonably, breathtakingly beautiful." Ben said and Miranda blushed. "Thank you."

"Congratulations." Callie exclaimed walking over to the table.

"Thank you." Both Ben and Miranda said simultaneously.

"Benjamin, this is my best friend Callie Torres, and orthopedic surgeon."

"Nice to meet you Ben." Callie responded.

"A toast to the groom and bride." Curt said walking over with a glass in his hand.

"Miranda and Callie this is my brother Curtis Warren and Curt this is my wife Dr. Miranda Bailey, General surgeon and Callie Torres, orthopedic surgeon." Ben introduced.

"Nice to meet you both." Curt replied.

"So what hospital do you work at?" Ben asked.

"I work at the Seattle Grace, you?"

"Ah number 12, and Mercy West." Ben chuckled.

"Excuse me Uh. We are working are way back up to number one." Miranda laughed. "Was your hospital ever ranked." Miranda giggled.

"Uh-

"Exactly." Miranda cut him off laughing which caused him to laugh as well.

"Hey are you newlyweds ready to take pictures?" Sage asked.

"Yeah." Ben said and he stood pulling Miranda's chair out and grabbing her hand to help her up.

Miranda grabbed a little bit of her dress, lifting it so she could walk.

They walked to the field with pretty flowers and they began to take pictures. Miranda's heart raced every time he placed his hands on her body. They had great chemistry together. The poses weren't stiff and didn't seemed forced. They kissed many times in the pictures and Miranda sat on his lap and he lifted her up. It honestly were nice wedding pictures.

They moved on to the cake and Ben and Miranda held the knife together as they sliced. Miranda broke a piece off and held it up to his mouth. Ben opened and received the cake along with licking her fingers.

Miranda gasped and blushed hard at the feeling that tingled through her body.

Ben put a piece of cake to her mouth. Miranda took it and licked her lips before taking his pointer finger and licked the icing off causing Ben to clear his throat as he stared at her.

She wanted to say she just did it for the camera but she wanted to see his reaction to her.

Miranda looked up as the camera people gave her the nod to kiss Ben.

Miranda wrapped her arms around his neck and she leaned up on the tip of her toes and pressed her lips to kiss. Ben instinctively placed his hands on her waist and pulled her close. She held back her moan as the feeling of him sucking on her lip went down to toes.

They broke apart again and the cameras ended and Miranda and Ben walked to their table again.

They talked some with everyone and ate dinner.

"How old are you." Ben asked.

"I'm 30." Miranda answered

"I'm 32." Ben told her and Miranda smiled and nodded.

"When is  your birthday" Miranda asked.

" May 21." Ben answered

"Okay a Tarus." Miranda commented.

"Yeah, when's your birthday?"

"September 18th." Miranda responded.

"Okay Ms. Virgo. I can see it."

"So do you think you actually represent the description of your sign?"

"Yeah I do actually. My sign's good qualities are patient, reliable, warm-hearted, loving, persistent, determined, placid and security loving. I don't really know about the bad ones but it's said that we are jealous and possessive, resentful, inflexible and self indulgent." I think I have all of the good qualities though." Ben added sheepishly.

"I think I have both my good and bad qualities. I may or may not be handful but that's why you got two hands right." Miranda joked laughing. She watched as Ben looked down at her sitting clearly staring at her hips and the curve of her ass as he nodded his head.

Miranda laugh loudly and nudged his arm. "Yeah I got two hands." Ben commented and Miranda blushed.

"Anyway Mr. Warren my sign characteristics are modest, shy, practical, diligent, intelligent and analytical. The bad ones are fussy, a worrier, overcritical, harsh, and perfectionist."

"Hmm sounds like you were born to be a surgeon." Ben commented.

"I really feel that I was. It's apart of who I am." Miranda returned.

Their wedding reception was over and Ben and Miranda went to their hotel.

Miranda walked with her hand intertwined with Ben's. They talked all the way there and the camera crew followed them.

Miranda gasped when Ben lifted her up bridal style and opened the hotel room door. "Benjamin don't drop me." Miranda pleaded.

"I got you. I bench you everyday." Ben told her and Miranda eyes widen. "Dam I would love to see it." She thought.

"You can come to the gym with me whenever you want to watch me. I think that will give me more motivation with my very own sexy cheerleader." Ben said swiftly.

"Benjamin you're too much." Miranda blushed.

"Never too much. I'm only stating complete facts about Miranda Bailey." Ben stated as he laid her on the bed beside the hearts made out of roses.

Miranda looked at the roses and realized that it was in fact really their wedding night. She was hoping that he didn't think they were having sex because they weren't ready for that, married or not it didn't change the fact that they were strangers.

Ben looked at the perplexed, distance and scared look on her face as she looked at the bed.

"Don't worry Miranda. I'm not expecting sex tonight or no time soon. I know we are still strangers and we need to get to know each other and move forward in our relationship that way. Plus when we do I don't want it to be considered sex, I want to make love to you." Ben said intently.

"Okay." Miranda said softly before smiling." Keep reading my mind like that and this marriage will last." Miranda added lightly.

"As long as you tell me what's wrong and we will."

"I have no problem with that. You will know." Miranda laughed.

"You want to take your shower first or ?" Ben asked.

"No, you go ahead. I think they want me to do my interview for the camera anyway."

"Okay cool." Ben replied.

Miranda sat in front of the lighting and back ground. "So tell me how was your experience and what do you think of your new husband."

"I think the overall experience was nice. The wedding was beautiful. Uh meeting my husband for the first time was shocking. I think the experts did a great job picking him. He's very handsome, beautiful smile, great stature. Kind and very funny. I'm excited to see where this goes and what's in store for us.

Miranda finished answering their questions when the bathroom door opened up. She looked over in that direction and saw Ben emerge with pajama bottoms on and no shirt.

Her breath hitched looking at his muscular back as he looked through his bag.

"Ben we will be ready for your interview next." Gabrielle said and Miranda looked in the woman's direction and watched as she stared too, making her roll her eyes.

Ben grabbed a shirt and slid it over his head. "Hey Ben can you do this for me." Miranda asked gesturing to her dress.

Ben walked to her as he looked for the zipper. Pulling it down slowly. Ben looked at her back and he didn't understand how someone's back is sexy. He continued to pull the zipper down pass the curve of her ass. His breath hitched as he was greeted with the bright white lace.

Miranda kept her hand on the top of her dress so it wouldn't fall, her heart was racing face. He was moving so slow zipping it down and she knew it was because he was taking her in. Part of her wanted to be self conscious but the way his breath hitched she knew he liked what he saw.

Ben continued to stare before he realized it shouldn't take him five minutes to unzip someone's dress.

Ben cleared his throat. "Uh you're all done." Ben said stepping away.

"Thank you." Miranda said softly as she shuffled to the bathroom with her things in her hand.

Ben sat down in front of the camera and light. "So tell us how was your experience today. What do you think about your wife so far and what do you hope for later."

"Today's experience was amazing. I think my wife is beyond amazing. She is so beautiful and sexy. She has great teeth. Beautiful intense eyes. I love her wide small button nose. I think that is so cute and she's smart, funny, kind, did I say beautiful and sexy already." Ben said laughing.

Miranda slid on her white night gown and she made sure her hair was presentable before she came out of the bedroom.

"Thank you Joe, Kevin and Gabrielle. We will see you all tomorrow or after we get off the plane in the Bahamas." Miranda said as she opened the door for them after they finished packing up.

Miranda grabbed the box of chocolate cover strawberries and she moved to the bed.

"I didn't know if they told you or not, I'm assuming not because you couldn't know anything about me but I have a son who is 4 about to be 5 years old his name is William. Who I call Tuck." Miranda told him slanting her legs to the side as she sat.

"I love kids and I can't wait to meet him." Ben told her seriously.

"Do you have any?" Miranda asked biting into her strawberry.

"No I don't." Ben told her

"What made you try married at first sight?" Miranda questioned.

Ben took the strawberry out of her hand and bit into it.  "My brother honestly talked me into. How about you?"

"Callie talked me into it. I wasn't interested at all but I caved in because she called me a wimp." Miranda laughed.

They talk a little bit more before they slid in bed to fall asleep.
