"So, where is this diner?" North asked from in front of me.

"Right in the center of town, so it's about a five minute walk there" I replied, kicking a tiny pile of snow.

"I got a question" Bunny said, hopping beside me.

"What's that?" I asked, expecting it to be a rude or snide comment.

". . .why are we walking?!" The rabbit yelled, "can't you drive!?".

"First off, I don't have a car-" I started, "and second off, even if I did, I couldn't drive it because I don't have a freakin' license!!".

". . .oh" he said, ". . .well that's embarrassing".

I facepalmed myself, "I don't know why I even told you that!".

He just laughed, before hopping up by north. I was behind the large group, trying to keep my eyes open.

"Not a morning person, huh?" A voice giggled from beside me.

I looked to my right, and walking beside me was tooth. It was a little strange to see her walking, because she usually flys.

"Nope, not at all" I chuckled, putting my hands in the pocket of my hoodie.

"I wouldn't expect you to be one" she smiled, stepping over a puddle.

" *sigh* that's fair" I yawned, stretching my arms above my head.

"Staying awake back there?" Jack asked, looking at me with a smile.

". . .barely" I mumbled, smiling back.

We got out of the woods, and started walking on the sidewalk.

"How much longer?" Bunny asked, sounding very annoyed.

"We'll be there soon enough!" I groaned, leading the single file line down the pavement.

"I wonder w-".

Jack was interrupted by a voice from up the slope, "hey! Is that you, Lucy?".

"Oh gosh! Not now!" I said to myself, stopping in my tracks.

I looked up at the fence that was blocking off the backyard of the red house.

"Oh, sorry, I thought you were someone else!" The brown haired boy said, squeezing through a hole in the fence.

"Oh, uhh, t-that's okay" I replied, trying not to act too awkward.

His little sister followed him through the fence, "oh shiitake mushrooms!".

It was same little blonde haired girl. . .I'm hoping that she won't notice me.

They walked down the little hill and stopped in front of me. Well, his little sister stopped in front of me, "busted!".

"Huh, I feel like I know you?" The boy mumbled, before looking behind me, ". . .and you, and you and you and you!".

"N-Nope! You d-don't! We're Just. . .s-strangers visiting f-from. . .uhh. . .canada!" I stuttered, trying to scoot past them.
