-an hour later-

"And then, he pushed me into the hole!" Jack laughed from beside me.

"Oh geez, that's. . .hilarious" I smiled. It wasn't hilarious.

We were sitting on the couch watching television. Well, I was trying to watch it. Jack kept bringing up stories, though.

"Yeah, it is" he sighed, leaning into a pillow.

"Mhm. . .it. . .really was" i mumbled, scrolling through the channels.

". . .*ehem*. . .yep" Jack said, sounding rather awkward.

"Want to watch a movie?" I asked.

". . .sure" he replied, "what movie do you have in mind?".

"Well, there are a few on here, those being. . .Frozen, Toy st-".

"NO!! NO TOY STORY!!!" Jack yelled, lunging for the controller in my hand.

". . .uhh, okay?" I said, ". . .why?".

"No reason! I-I just don't. . .like it" he mumbled, moving back to his spot beside me.

"Reeeeeeeeeeally?" I grinned at him, "are you sure that's the real reason?".

"Ye-. . .okay! So I'm not made of stone!" Jack sighed, "just, don't tell bunny".

"What? That you cried over toy story?" I smirked at him, "why would I NOT tell him?".

"If you tell him, I'll freeze your toes!" He glared at me.

"Ha! Yeah, that's nice! You've frozen my toes before, nothing new!" I groaned, averting my eyes to the tv.

". . .I'll throw snowballs at you all day!!" Jack said, running out of ideas.

"I could handle that!" I laughed, propping my feet up on the coffee table.

"Could you though?" Jack smirked, "what if I were to make them giant!".

"No different" I sighed, putting the controller down.

". . .I'll make your room full of icicles!" He said, with a hand on his chin.

"I'll simply take them down!" I smiled at him.

He glared at me, before looking at the tv.

"Sooo. . .what is your s-".

"What about ice on the stairs? Would that work?" Jack interrupted me.

". . .no, I could melt it!" I huffed, creating a small orb of sunlight in my hand.

"Oww! Okay, okay!" Jack said, covering his eyes, "please, It's incredibly bright!".

I snapped my fingers, and it disappeared, "there, happy?".

"Not exactly, but thank you" he grinned.

I got a blanket from behind the couch and spread it over myself.

". . .what about frostbite?" Jack asked, scooting towards me.

I looked at him, and crooked a brow, "yes, but who wouldn't it effect?".

"Hmm. . .interesting" he said to himself.

". . .don't get any weird ideas!" I frowned.

"I wouldn't dare!" Jack smiled, pulling my blanket on to himself.

"Did I say you could have my blanket?" I asked, holding on to the edge.

"No. . .but we can share, right?" Jack asked, tilting his head.

"No! I'm too cold to share!" I huffed, pulling it away from him, ". . .I meant that my body temperature is cold. . .n-not my emotional status".

"Hmm, you sure?" Jack grinned, "your acting pretty cold".

I just looked back at the tv. He had a point, so I didn't want to argue.

"Well, if you won't share from across the couch, I'll move closer to you" Jack said, before scooting next to me and pulling the blanket back on to himself.

"This. . .isn't very comfortable" i mumbled, trying to inch away from him.

"I think it is" jack smiled, cuddling into my shoulder.

"You know that your not helping me warm up, right?" I glared at him.

"Well, your stuck in this one, and there's no getting out!" He said, clinging on to me.

"What?! That's not fair!!" I exclaimed.

"It's either this, or frostbite. Which do you want to have to deal with?" Jack asked.

"I-I. . .ARE THERE ANY OTHER OPTIONS!?!" i yelled.

"Nope" he smiled, resting his face on my shoulder.

"Wha-. . .*sigh*. . .you better not try to do anything stupid! Otherwise I'll turn your frosty butt to toast!" I frowned.

"Alright. I won't" Jack sighed, ". . .maybe".

"I heard that" I grunted.

"Eheheh, whoops" he laughed.

"Just watch the show" I said, looking back a the tv.

"Alright boss lady!" Jack smiled, "maybe I should m-".

"don't even think about" I laughed.

"Your right! I'll pretend That thought never entered my mind" Jack said.

I snuggled down into the blanket, and started getting warmer. Maybe the cold drafts are gone.
