What?" He yelled as siddharth rubbed his ear due to his loud shriek..
"Why are you reacting as if I have asked you to sleep with a girl. Are you crazy? We both are boys and there is a double bed . What is so problematic for you? Its beyond my intelligence. " siddharth exasperated as rohit sighed. He forgot he is a boy infront of his eyes. This would be absurd. She needs to do this. Its not like she hasn't slept with her six teammates. They don't know that she is basically a girl. They all consider her to be a boy. They won't have any sexual feelings. They don't know anything to be having bad intentions. Basically he is doing it out of brotherhood. Or whatever it is called. Rohit sighed before walking over to the bed. He laid on it as sidharth rubbed his forehead in annoyance. He scoffed before laying beside him and turning off the lights. Soon darkness consumed the two. Rohit was the first one to wake up due to his alarm. Siddharth was sound asleep. He was practically cuddled into siddharth. Both were tangled into each other. Rohit sighed as he started off with untangling himself from siddharth. He went to his room and did his morning chores. The lines over her chest were visible. It also made her develop asthama over the years. The rigorous trainings and some bandaged skin on her body which wouldn't let her breathe wasn't easy to go through. She passed out almost everyday due to over exhaustion and lack of oxygen. The only thing in her favour was her periods were never painful. That relived her to get going on with the training on those days. Though her body still restrained her in a lot of areas during those days. She was conscious of hef health while trainings. Because there were certain things which no one would understand and she could loose her life because of it. She knew her boundaries well. She sighed before wearing her clothes and walking out of her room.
Rohit went down and found siddharth already seated on the breakfast table having his meal. He sat down beside him as siya served his plate and forwarded it to him. He took it throwing a quick thankyou towards her.
"This is your daily schedule. The plan for your day. This is the amount of syllabus you have to complete today" siddharth said forwarding the planner to her.
"Isn't this too much?" Rohit asked quirking a brow at him.
"It is . " siddharth nodded at him" but only because I want to see your limits. After this I will plan according to your limits" he said briefly as rohit nodded at him.
"What about your aunt? Where is she?" Rohit questioned him as he looked at him startled.
"You don't know about Rohini Mahlotra?" He questioned perplexed as rohit nodded at him.
"I guess" he said scratching his nape..
"You guess. She is one of the finest actors of Bollywood. Paid in Millions for just a cameo. How can you not know about her? Her fan following is insane. Haven't you watched any of her movies. There where 3 hit movies this month. Which are trending in youngsters these days. Her movies make a market of more than billions of dollars. You are really sure you don't know her. " siddharth exasperated and rohit got embarrassed listening that.
"I am sorry if that offended you . I am not into movies much . " she said shortly as silence fell between the two. Siddharth was stunned would be an understatement. That's the reason he didn't ask for a picture or freaked out seeing her yesterday.
"Umm she is out for a shoot in california for two months" siddharth stated keeping his dishes away as rohit nodded meekly. The rest of the day went by normal with rohit asking tones of questions from siddharth every few minutes. Surprisingly he didn't dislike the disturbances. He didn't feel annoyed but he felt warm with his presence around. The young lad sure had his magic . He had him wrapped around his finger. What stunned siddharth even more was the fact that rohit completed the target. It was really difficult to acconplish. He appreciated the boy a little more than he should. He was really elated to see him accomplish it. It was out of the blue. Siddharth didn't expect rohit to complete it. No doubt he was prodigy. No doubt he loved to study.

A week passed by . Rohit felt more comfortable around siddharth. They opened up to each other. Rohit was more comfortable asking him questions about anything and everything while siddharth answered him calmly like a father explaining his child. The routine for the week was the same. Both worked on thier individual works as there was no outing for sidhart. There were no possible threevery night safe vicinity of his mansion. Rohit hopped down the stairs as siddharth chuckled looking at him.
"What's up buddy?" He questioned keeping his book down.
"Nothing they are almost in the process of catching your stalker. Turns out its a group of people. " rohit stated as he plopped on the couch .
" ohh that's great news. But you will be my bodyguard still right. " siddharth questioned pensively. He has become used to him being around. He is used to sleeping with him in his room. He is used to playing video games with him every night. He is used to his disturbances while working. Siddharth didn't realised when rohit grew on him. He didn't realised when he became so emotionally attached to the boy.
"Umm yeah.  I am a part of the investigation security team. We are the ace of the company. That is why we aren't the one's to gaurd you forever. We have missions. As soon as we will catch the stalkers. We will be off your case and you will get a bodygaurd. That's how it works" rohit stated politely.
"But what about your studies?" Sidhart questioned hurriedly. Rohit's  words were making him more and more tensed.
"I am greatful for your thought and I enjoyed studying with you. But you know this is where it ends. They will track them down in a week probably. That's it. But we can keep in touch. We are buddies after all" rohit stated gleefully as siddharth sighed. It was no use talking to this lad.
"Can you leave this job?" Siddharth questioned as rohit was startled by his words.
"What ? How am I supposed to live then?" Rohit exasperated .
"You are not supposed to be making a living . I will be your legal gaurdian . Study and explore yourself. Be what you wanna be.  " siddharth stated softly.
"Thanks for the thought Mr Siddharth but if I wanted a legal gaurdian . I would have crawled back to my father or elder brother. I didn't because my mom never wanted me too. Its not simple as you think. Not everyone can have the liberty to explore and live. I have some commitments and promises to complete. This line of work is not only a way to survive but also a responsibility . I don't run away from responsibilities . I was never taught to run away. " rohit stated calmly as sidhart sighed at his words.
"What if I give you a job?" Siddharth tried again ignoring his words. Rohit sighed as he nodded a no at him. He patted siddharth's shoulder and left. Siddharth needed some time to process with things and cope up.
"Why is he so difficult?" Siddharth grumbled walking up the stairs as his leg slipped. He fell over his left arm and rolled down the stairs. His head had a small scratch as his hand pained like hell. The worker's surrounded him as rohit also ran towards him..
"What happened?" Rohit questioned the maids.
"He slipped from the stairs" siya answered as rohit took siddharth to the hospital with the help of Ravi and Shehkhar who were outside his mansion.
"His hand has a fractured . He will have the cast for a month. His head got slight cuts which we have bandaged. Feed him well and give his medicines on time. He will be fine in a month. " dr sahai said as the three of them nodded at him. They walked inside siddharth's cabin.
"Are you out of your mind? Who slips from the stairs? Are you a five year old child? Sliping from stairs seriously?" Rohit yelled at siddharth as soon as he saw him awake.
"I wasn't careful I know. Now will you stop shouting at me . I am in pain already" siddharth grumbled as rohit huffed looking away. Siddharth looked at the other two with a questioning gaze.
"That's Ravi and Shehkar a part of my team" rohit stated as siddharth waved at them. They left the hospital shortly after as rohit completely ignored siddharth.
"What happened sid?" A terrified nandini walked over to siddharth who sighed at her over protectiveness. She was Rohini's daughter. Siddharth's cousin sister and probably only family apart from Rohini.
"Nothing much cupcake. Just a slip from those darn stairs" he chuckled ruffling her hair..
"Ohh really sid. What did you do? Run around like a five year old brat" manik taunted him with a lopsided grin as siddharth rolled his eyes. Ever since Manik got engaged with his sister . The two were really on eggshells with each other. It wasn't quite easy for siddharth to accept him . With Nandini having a live-in relationship with him just to be sure of her decisions doesn't really helped siddharth to cope with his own emotions at all. Both were right in thier perspectives too. It was just a matter of time. The thing is nobody is responsible for his emotions apart from he ,himself. Nobody is obligated to take care of him apart from his ownself. He is obligated for his own fuck ups.
"Manik will you beat it. " ekansh said walking over to siddharth as he checked his leg.
"A fracture champ. This is gonna make you have a tough month ahead" ekansh said scrutinising his head.
"I guess so" siddharth muttered as jai jumped beside his father.
"You guess so buddy. You have really gone nuts. Its time to celebrate the wounds warrior. We can play video games too " jai giggled excitedly as siddharth's face brightened seeing him.
"Oh yeah because " siddharth started off.
"Because the wounds on warriors depict thier bravery . We are the bravest of men alive. Our wounds are our medals. " siddharth and jai yelled in sync excitedly. Nandini ,Manik and Ekansh laughed at thier idiotic bro code. They were wierdly joined to thier hips. Rohit was stunned standing thier would be an understatement. He was flabbergasted. His whole family stood in front of him. His father , his elder brother Manik and his twin brother Jai. He didn't know what to say or do anymore . He was overwhelmed would be an understatement. How much sana wanted to just go in to her father's arms and cry her heart out? Just tell him all the problems which she and her mother faced to protect the three of them. Just tell him all the problems she faced single handedly to protect the three boys. Everything was just to much for her to bear.
"Ohh who is this young lad?" Nandini questioned as she saw rohit beside siddharth.
"Ohh he is my bodygaurd. " siddharth stated briefly.
"But isn't he of Jai's age. How can he protect you?" Manik and ekansh exasperated in sync.
"I know that guys. The thing is he is well trained since his early years in all forms of fighting techniques. He knows how to use all types of weapons. He is a well trained agent of the agency and one of the member's of the ace team of the agency. They put him in forefront to let the opponents underestimate them. They are quite close in tracking down the stalker. Apparently according to them it is a group of people" siddharth explained them as everyone nodded at that. Jai smiled brightly at rohit. Who was already at the verge of a panick attack. As soon as jai started walking towards rohit . His breathing started becoming heavy. He gasped for oxygen as everyone was startled to see that. Rohit held his neck and tried to get some oxygen into his system. His bag was on the sofa. He used his other hand to slide towards the sofa . Siddharth ran towards him without caring for his leg. He cupped his face as rohit gasped for oxygen more.
"What is happening rohit? Rohit" he yelled flustered at the acts. He felt so worried at this moment that nothing really mattered to him apart from rohit gaining his breath back.
"I guess its a asthama attack" nandini stated panicked.
"Is that his bag" manik yelled and ran towards the bag. He checked the pockets and found the inhaler. He ran towards the duo and pushed the inhaler into rohit's mouth..
"Thankyou" rohit said meekly as soon as he gained his breath back.
"Why didn't you ever tell me about your asthama in this whole week?" Siddharth yelled furiously. Ekansh had never seen the gentle boy so furious before. Manik was intrigued by this. He and siddharth have been best friends since they were toddler's. This reaction is definitely not a siddharth's kinda reaction. He gets so serious for only the things he truly cares about and cherishes more than himself. He getting so close to this lad in a week was so intriguing. Nandini had never seen siddharth so furious. He had always been the gentle and calm one. He would give you silent treatment or cut you off. But unleashing his anger on you is a first. She never saw him doing that to anyone. Jai was scared out of his head. He didn't knew siddharth had a scary side like Manik . This was new and scary for him. Siddharth was a warrior along with him. They were buddies. But today he was scared of his body for some reason. This was not the siddharth he knew for 16 years of his life.
"Stop yelling at me ok. I am still not in a position to speak. How am I supposed to tell you that I have asthma. What bullshit are you spouting buddy"rohit said rubbing a hand on his chest . siddharth rolled his eyes as he pulled him up and made him sit on the couch . He sat beside him rubbing circles on his back . Other's sat around them completely intrigued by the two.
" what do you exactly mean by that nonsense buddy? Why didn't you tell me about your health problems. This is completely insane. You can't just do this to me. I should know this. I was scared shitless seeing you. I didn't know what the fuck was happening to you. I was fucking blank and I didn't knew how to help you. That's complete torture. " siddharth yelled as shehnaaz sighed at it.
"I am sorry ok. But these attacks are very rare for me. I didn't even get one in a year. I didn't know how it happened today" rohit stated confusedly. He knew he lied on siddharth's face. He can't really tell him the reason. He can't tell him she had a anxiety attack seeing her family and was on the verge of a panick attack. It isn't his business to get tangled in her deranged life.
"So what triggered them?" Manik questioned the young lad . Something was definitely off with this guy. But he also looked oddly familiar with the girl who saved him that day. The face is exactly the same. Just the hair are short and the body looks like a boy.
"I am not so sure either. I should get going and take some medicines. I apologise for the mess and for worrying you guys" rohit stated politely.
"Never apologise when its not your fault" ekansh's steely voice hit her ear drums. She felt goosebumps on her skin. This was remotely her first ever conversation with her father. Turns out he was teaching her indirectly in this conversation too.
" pardon" rohit said looking at him staright in the eyes. Jai and Manik was intrigued seeing that. Nobody ever dared to look into thier father's eyes when he speaks like that. To be honest thier father was a man whose aura exuded dominance and authority. They never looked in his eyes when he was furious or spoke like that. He was just too scary to begin with. Siddharth and Nandini were no different from the brother's . Being neighbors they were all the more terrified of him.
"When its not your fault you shouldn't apologise young man" he said bluntly .
"I beg to differ sir. I think maybe it wasn't my fault that I have this health condition. But it was completely my fault that I disturbed the normal course of action of my workplace due to my health problem. I should apologise for the damage my health problems caused someone else. As far as the matter of my health problems is concerned its my business to take care of them. Ultimately no one else is responsible for your issues and problems apart from you ,yourself. So I don't think it is wrong to apologize when you are wrong. " rohit stated matter-of -factly . The determination in his voice took the younger people off gaurd as ekansh smirked at the kid.
"It sounds like someone I knew. To counter it I would say. Its good to own up to your mistakes and apologise. But when the mistake is indirectly caused by something not in your control. You shouldn't apologize for it. Anybody can have such problems and we should help them in that case. That's it . An apology is not needed . Because it kinds of derails the intentions of the helper. " ekansh stated in a prefectural manner.
"That sounds about right. But my health condition is controllable. It was my misinterpretation  that my asthama is cured that led to today's events. That makes it a controllable thing. " rohit stated boldly. Infact she was enjoying her first ever conversation with her dad. None of them were ready to back down. Maybe she got her traits from her father.
"Apology expected" ekansh said explicitly . Rohit nodded at him and went to his room..
"What was that?" Nandini said dazed.
'Beyond our imagination " jai said joining his forehead with her.
"Shut it both of you " manik said nodding his head. His mind was racking with so many things at the same time . Rohit was definitely mysterious. This was not as simple as it seemed.
"This is what I amounted him too. A workplace colleague" siddharth muttered dejectedly. Jai , Manik and Nandini were flabbergasted to see him so heartbroken for a boy he met a week ago. There is definitely something different. How can he be so emotionally attached to someone in such a short time.
"Siddharth we will stay here . Untill everything is sorted. " ekansh ordered and went to grab a meal. Siddharth was left with no choice but to say a yes to that.
"He is definitely related to Myra. Not only he has her most cherished locket . He also speaks as if he was raised by Myra. Did she adopt a boy? What the hell is she upto?" Ekansh grumbled as he chewed the morsel. He is going to get to the bottom of this.
