Fights and attack.

"Please I wanna shop. please please" nandini whinned as Manik nodded his head in disbelief. Siddharth smirked at him. He doesn't really have to be a part of the plan all thanks to his wound.
"I don't want to Nandini . Jai wants to go .Go with him. " manik grumbled as nandini huffed at him. She saw siddharth chuckling at it and she smirked at it.
"Siddharth what is it with rohit?" Nandini questioned out of the blue as this intrigued Manik also. Jai stopped thier game almost immediately.
"What?" Siddharth fiegned innocence.
'You mean well what she is asking. Stop playing the dumb one here. "Manik stated smirking at him as siddharth side.
" I am not really sure guys. The guy has grown on me. I mean when he came I was stunned to know his age. He was supposed to be studying not working with guns and fighting with gangsters. You know he is a genius when it comes to studies. He was able to pass all her exams till class 9th two years prior. At the age of 13. I also gave him a lot of syllabus. He completed class 10th syllabus in 8 days along with a financial modeling workshop. That kids is a genius. If he just studies he will do wonders. He loves studying he told me. Its a kind of escape for him and makes him feel confident in his own skin. You know these days I have grown accustomed to him disturbing me every few minutes with his questions. I have grown accustomed to his sarcasm , his conversations, his protectiveness. I have grown accustomed to sleep with him. I mean with him  I feel I got my best buddy. A brother . I don't know how to put it. I feel so emotionally attached to him in a few days. It makes me dread that when he will leave in a week . How will I cope up?" Siddharth muttered frustatedly .
"He is your bodygaurd . why will he leave?" Jai questioned intrigued..
"He is a part of the ace team of his agency. They are given missions. As soon as his mission of finding the stalkers is finished. They will be off the case and I will get a another full time bodygaurd. " siddharth stated annoyed.
"You must have tried something remotely embarrassing to keep him here. Got turned down real bad and that made you loose your mind leading you to break your leg" manik said smirking at him as siddharth looked away. The embarrassment on his face said it all as everyone else broke in to fits of laughter.
"Seriously sid. You are insane!" Nandini exclaimed as he huffed. .
"Don't you say shit like that.  When you are the one who left me too" he accused but nandini was not yet ready for this conversation. She ignored it yet again. She didn't know how to explain him. For her rohit came in at the right time saving her from an awkward conversation.
"Umm ekansh sir is in wave mall. He has called all of you there. He said that engagement is in a week and you all should shop now. Rohini maam has booked stuff there. You guys have to just go and select. She gave him a hard time and he said if all you won't come there asap. The consequences won't be great" rohit stated bluntly as everyone was up on thier toes. Siddharth's fractured leg cried for attention. He forgot about it again very conveniently making him shriek in pain. Nandini injected a few painkillers on him as all of them ran to thier rooms to get ready. A few minutes and everyone was ready to go. They immediately left for the mall and reached thier in an hour. All of them walked towards the elite section of the mall. The designer dresses and everything which had the costed almost equal to the salary of many educated Indians. Rohit's eyes widened seeing the prices of the clothes. None of it was less than a lakh. The starting price was a lakh. His jaws dropped to the floor. He earned eighty thousand keeping his life at stake for these people. He saw a watch and the price of the watch took his heart away. The hell a freaking watch costed six lakhs. He will pay it with his kidney. If he happenes to buy it. He nodded his head to shook off his thoughts as he joined the group of people.
"Ok so first help nandini to buy her engagement dress and accessories. Then it's Manik . Jai and siddharth you guys can get something for yourselves too. Let Nandini select it for you.After all its her day. Rohit you should also buy something for the party. " ekansh stated softly to the kids.
"Umm no. I mean sorry sir. But I have clothes . " rohit stated hurriedly.
"Is it too expensive here ?" Ekansh questioned almost in an instant.
"More than my life" rohit stated in a flow as he gasped keeping his hand on his mouth.  Ekansh chuckled at it.
"Buy everything you want lad . Its on me." Ekansh ruffled his hair and walked out of the store without giving him time to retaliate.
"Umm I really don't want anything" rohit said to the other's.
"We can't do anything . Atleast by an outfit . Dad asked you . You shouldn't disrespect elders" jai said patting his shoulder as he nodded at him. Nandini selected a few traditional dresses and went inside to wear them. She came out with a pink lehenga. It had fine embroidery on the sleevless blouse and the  netted skirt. It sparkled beautifully. Its dupatta was elegant. The shiny cloth was embroidered on its sides. The dress looked etheral.
"How do I look ?" She questioned twirling in her dress.
"Its beautiful " the boys said as she frowned at it.
"The dress is proportionate and looks the right fit for you but carnation pink doesn't really suit your conplexion. Its in complete contrast. Engagement dress should be something which matches your complexion and give that wedding glow. " rohit stated seeing her dress. He was sitting on his knees and looking at the embroidery of the dress keenly. The three boys looked at him stunned and so was nandini.
"Ohh I am sorry . I didn't mean to intrude" rohit said hurriedly as soon as he got the hang of the situation. With her mother she always spoke about clothes, makeup and accessories so much that it became a habit.
"Oh no don't be. Atleast you are better than these idiots. They find everything beautiful. " she said annoyed.
"It is beautiful my lady. You look etheral no matter what you wear.  He knows nothing. " manik flirted as nandini blushed at his comment.
"Shut up" she said as she looked at rohit" I also thought the same rohit. But I didn't like the yellow one too" she said annoyed.
"Try another one . Because yellow won't be good too. Venue will obviously be lighted brightly. The yellow would shine too brightly overhshadowing your complexion." Rohit stated calmly as she nodded at him..
"She will look like a bulb" siddharth deadpanned as the rest stiffled thier laugh.
"Shut up monkey" nandini said pulling rohit with her to select the right dress. The other's were useless nevertheless. After an hour rohit and nandini came back with a bag in thier hand.
"You didn't showed us the dress you selected " manik and jai exasperated in sync.
"No You will see it directly on the engagement day. Its a surprise. " nandini stated brazenly and pulled rohit as the other's followed them..
"Ok so Manik you have no choice but to wear this. It matches my dress" nandini stated determined as manik nodded bowing at her.
"I will get something for jai. Rohit you find something for you and siddharth. " nandini stated as she pulled jai along with him .
'What do you like to wear? Traditional or tuxedo? " rohit questioned as siddharth raised a brow at him.
" My sister is going to get married. Obviously I will wear traditional. " siddharth deadpanned.
"Are you annoyed?" Rohit asked walking beside him and glancing over the outfits.
"I do " he said bluntly.
"Why?" Rohit questioned pulling a grey kurta and placing it on him .
" Because you just consider me a colleague and a client. That is what I amount to you." Sidhart said accusingly as he sighed.
"You got it all wrong siddharth . I didn't mean it like that" he chuckled as siddharth looked at him confusedly. "See there is no denying the fact that you are my client. The thing is even if We have become friends and I consider you as a mentor. As a friend who will always be with me. As a true friend. Still I need to have the boundaries set between our personal livs and professional one's. I really can't overlook that fact. That's not how I was raised. You sure amount to me much more than that . I felt like family with you after a long time .But I can't overlook these things just because of our personal reasons. " he said softly as siddharth pondered on his words. He smiled brighly at it. He didn't ignore him like nandini. He clarified thier problems straight up and sorted both of thier emotions. He felt relived after talking to him..
"This black kurta  suits you the most. Try it with the churidaar. "Rohit said as siddharth went to try it. Rohit tried his kurta too. They both came out gave each other a thumbs up for the outfit and went back in. They changed and found the other three on the entrance of the shop.
" we are done with shopping . Lets go dad is waiting in the cafeteria. " nandini squealed as they all headed towards the cafeteria. Ekansh was already seated on one of the tables as they sat  around the table.
"You already ordered" manik said amused.
"Yeah I know nandini would have exhausted you all" he chuckled as nandini whinned at him. He laughed at it ruffling her hair.
"There is something wrong here" rohit muttered as seven people came in with armed guns and fired in the air making the crowd go in chaos.
"Freeze or die" they yelled as rohit fired at one of the men's leg. He shrieked in pain. He pulled sidhart on his back as he signaled everyone to follow him. He made ekansh , jai, manik ,nandini and siddharth to beside the huge oval shaped reception.
" Code grey . There are armed men probably robbers in the cafeteria. " she said in her ear piece.
"Keep them busy and don't let them near siddharth or his family." Came an instant reply.
"Roger that" he said and looked outside for the men. He started crawling over to the next reception area as siddharth pulled him back.
"What are you doing? Its dangerous" he yelled as rohit jerked his hands.
"And i am supposed to protect you. Being a responsible citizen I am supposed to protect all those people too. I will make sure none of you get a scratch" he said sternly and crawled over to the next reception area. She fired again. It went through another one's shoulder. She shot one on the leg . When a gun was pressed against her head. Siddharth shrieked in surprise as another man pulled him out.
"Drop your gun or this man will die. He is so fucking worried for you" another man grimaced holding siddharth.
"Leave him. I was the one who fired." He said sternly.
" you know that's not how it goes. Wait aren't you ata. You mother fucker. I tried to find you so hard. I promise you will be killed really painfully by my hands today. " he gnashed his teeth as he smirked spitting on me.
"What still not over the fact how you were trampled by a young boy" he smirked at him as he pushed siddharth.
"Stop it you mother fucking wimp..you were a fucking asshole who was scared dipshit to do anything which needed balls" he spat as the man grumbled.
"Ohh shut it asshole. I know this man means something to you. It will be a matter of time for you to overpower all of us. Your skills are better than all of us. Obviously we will loose. But you can't always win just because you are strong rohit. You have something to protect today. Now that's a news. " he snickered at him.
"Rj , Nj and Nr . All of you get the money from here and the jewels from the next store. Ro And Ni. Start of with the fucking revenge. If you tried to defend yourself then this man will be the one to get beaten. " the man said in his sickening voice.
"Ok" rohit said as one man punched him on his face. Another man swung the chair over him as he held in his shriek. They kicked him mercilessly on his gut as he coughed blood. Siddharth had tears flowing out of his eyes seeing him getting beaten up Because of him. The man picked up the alcohol bottle and smashed it one his head. Siddharth yelled as he kicked the man holding him. He was going to punch him but rohit was swift enough to kick the man before that and snatch his gun.
"I am supposed to protect him. You broke the deal and tried to punch him. You should have not betrayed me. " she fired at the legs of the two men who were beating her who kneeled on the ground in pain.
"Stop your madness rohit" swastik ordered as the others followed behind him. They got all of them under thier custody..
"I was just" rohit started off as ronnit scoffed at him.
"You were just what? Shut it before I beat you to death" ronnit snickered pushing him.
"Why are you being so mean ronnit?  It was your fault you didn't check the mall as you were supposed too" ravi yelled at him..
"You are in no place to say anything to him when he cleaned up your mess" shehkhar states sternly.
"He did what he was supposed to do. " ronnit grumbled..
"Yeah but the thing is you didn't do what you were supposed to do. " karan stated annoyed at his actions.
"Cut the crap guys " kunnal said irritated.
" Good job rohit as always. Get yourself treated. Lets get siddharth back to his house along with his family" swastik ordered.
"He should get fucking treated" siddharth yelled as the team looked at him startled .
"For what?" Swastik and kunnal questioned.
"He is hurt so badly . He needs immediate medical attention" jai stated horrified.
"That's an everyday affair in this line of work. He can treat himself after getting you guys back. He doesn't need a doctor for this.
" He sure does " ekansh interrupted them " manik call the Dr sahai at siddharth's mansion." He ordered as siddharth nodded at him and they left in an instant from that darn mall. They reached the house in no time as nandini tried to wipe the blood off rohit's head as he chuckled at it and told her he was fine. They went inside the mansion to find dr sahai already there. He treated rohit's wounds and left.
"Why did you get beaten up so badly if you could have taken them down?" Siddharth yelled frustatedly. He couldn't wrap his head around everything.
"I could have but I made a deal. So I was doing my part. I couldn't recklessly go and fight with him when a gun was pointed at your head. When you got emotional he was startled and I siezed the opportunity to overpower them" he said calmly.
" you should have done something . They were beating you so badly" manik said irritatedly..
"It wasn't that bad. They were amateurs. They didn't know the right spots. I didn't even pass out. It was fine " he said calmly..
"It is not fine. Getting beaten like that and treating it like nothing is not fine. It is not fine at all. You got that" siddharth yelled at him and walked away in anger. The other's too left from there not able to endure his words any longer..
"What was the problem again?" Rohit muttered confusedly before walking to his room.
